Considering the many many… of upscale cars in their parking lot, those with higher-end cars will find them very reasonable. On a side note, their technicians displayed a high level of professionalism and I appreciated their practice of providing photo/video proofs for all problems found in your car.

I was looking for a trustworthy and capable shop for my new Boxster as a first-time Porsche owner. Read some reviews and decided to bring it in. The pessimist in me was expecting techs that didn't really know the car and to maybe get overcharged. I was pleasantly surprised that they did in fact know what the car needed and only recommended what was appropriate. Their easy-to-use estimate approval process is low pressure and straightforward. And the prices were completely fair. I think I've found my P-car shop. Will be getting a tune-up and brakes in a few months. Thanks, Desi!

It was the best repair shop service I have had received in NJ so far. The staff is very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. The prices are good and the service is exceptional. I had an issue with my Porsche Cayenne catalytic converter and they helped me understand the issue and fix it.

Well, they replaced my Audi A4 brakes and noticed there was a few nails in the rear tires, they pulled the nails and plugged the holes and did not charge me any money. My brake job was done perfectly and was way cheaper than dealership! So yes, these techs are great and take cares of customer!

A massive 'Thanks' to Dylan and two other mechanics. They very essence of high caliber professionals, My 2012 BMW 650i has been given a new lease of life after being seriously neglected by the previous owner. My BMW required open-heart surgery, and when I got it back, it felt like | was driving a new car: Seriously torqued and sounding like it was meant to be! - - smooth! Everything I asked for whether it was to put my new license plates on, to check light fixtures in hard to reach places, or get tips and information on how to look after the BMW - was done without any hesitation.

After visiting my local dealer and getting sticker shock for a repair that was needed on my vehicle, I decided to give Desi Auto Care a look. The completed the job for almost 4K less than the dealer to replace a valve cover. Great customer service and pleasant to work with.

In past Desi replaced the driver side mirror and clutch. Recently my coolant light suddenly came on my way to South Jersey. I called Eddie and explained the issue and he said bring it in. By 5pm the leaking pipe was repaired, he did maintenance which was overdue and even topped up all my fluids that were low!

All of the other auto repairs i called told me they were fully booked, could not check my car, had no time etc… and I think it is really great that Desi Auto Care recognised that sometimes customers cannot wait and book an appointment week later. All in all, I was thoroughly impressed with Josh and his team and will definitely be going there for my Mercedes service and maintenance visits rather than the MB dealer from now on.

Had my 9-year-old in for oil change and tune-up. I was updated by phone on what mechanic found during the service (small clamp had rusted and needed to be replaced). Not any unnecessary service or up selling, techs was straightforward. This will be my auto service spot going forward.
