Great shop to take your BMW. I brought my 435ix in to get the brakes done, front and rear, and it came to lesser price than I was expecting. Also, my passenger side mirror was coming off and held on with duct tape until I can get it repaired and transmission repair was done. I will be going back to for future repairs and maintenance

Brought in my 15 bmw in for maintenance and a one major repair. I had heard that desi auto care was an honest shop with professional service and the referral was so much right! Got timing belt and water pump replaced on my Volkswagen at 125k miles, and electrical issue (some kind burning smell) was cured by Desi. I've interacted with Sam and Josh (and one other person I don't know the name of) and each time I called or came in with my Jetta, they were friendly and honest with me. They're patient and answer all mine questions about basic car/maintenance/oil/wheel/brake stuff. They never tried to upsell me, which is good.

Had to get a few things fixed on my Porsche and had emailed in last Monday, got a phone call back in 45 minutes to discuss and schedule an appointment, which immediately made me feel confident in my decision to go with Desi Auto care! 3 hours after drop off Dylan called to discuss what needed to be repaired, went over the parts and related costs before moving forward with it, told me that it would be ready for pick up next day at 2:30pm which it was!
