My coworker who used to work for Dinan engineering referred me to Desi. They are transparent and I do not have to worry about them damaging my car either. They replaced the shifter which was damaged in my car and were 45% less than the dealership quoted me. Quality BMW-service is very hard to find today, a true GEM!

To start with…I went to the dealer to check why my power steering indicator light was intermittently going off and on and also randomly my steering wheel would lock up and key would not start the vehicle. After paying $275 at dealer to run computer diagnostics, they told me it would cost $4900+ (which not include oil & brake flush) to repair the computer/program… in the steering column and the starter. I was upset! My stepbrother seeing how stressed I was, he suggested Desi Auto Care. He had been taking his BMW there and was satisfied with their work. So I went to Desi Auto Care, thinking it will be still going to cost a small fortune. After Josh performed diagnostics, he replaced my car battery, also my key (chip in the key was damaged), gave the car an oil change and brake fluid job as well as other service. $394.70 later, my daily drive is running just like a champ! BMW vehicles are finicky and has many many electronics so if you install a low price battery, which I did, I brought one from towing company and (now I realize) it not have enough power to run all the electronic systems. So lights would go on the dash then go off. Plus chip in key was my bad. These techs know their cars and truly care about people.

Did a good work helping me with warranty job for a used Audi i bought from a dealer.Also helped with little stuff like an overly tight emergency brake cable without charging. Friendly service, honest in their assessments.

I got a BMW short shifter installed and also have some uncommon problems looked at-my passenger side speaker and lights wasn't working and the window seriously wants adjustment. I was in tension this crazy problem was going to be a goose chasing but Desi mechanic discussed what the problems may be and what I tried so far ( I had my door panel very much opened and trying to diagnose myself). When I picked up,my window was aligned perfectly, wind noises are gone! easy fix for the speaker and I did get light replacement. Feels solid now about repair! Short shifter feels great and makes the car much more drivable. Thanks Desi for addressing all my concerns!

I don't enjoy getting my Land Rover repaired but this has to be close to as good as it gets!

1st time Desi Auto Care cleaned my engine bay and fixed up one important vacuum hoses with small charge. This time I needed a rather tricky and uncommon repair, I estimated it will be costly repair. Sam gives me straight forward estimate and good price ( hint; I saved more than 1300). I ask if he have an opening,he said yes bcoz he has one cancellation. Keeping it short, I bought the car over to shop on wed morning. The lead mechanic completed the job on time. The moment I left the shop and hit the gas; the car accelerated like it took a trip with a time machine. I realize they did more than the original repair that I paid for.

I had an issue with the door lock on my Z4. I called both dealers around me and local shop, and only Desi Auto Care gave me price over the phone for the regular diag and labor. I thought to try them ,it was a good decision. Desi shop is clean. They called a 3hr later with the all details, and promised to keep my car protected during the 12 days it would take for my parts to arrive from Germany. (The dealers had already explained me about this.) When I went to pickup my BMW, in addition to replacing the lock, he fixed minor oil leak and steam cleaned the engine. I feel confident that what they explain needs to be fix is what needs to be fixed; nothing less nothing more. Zero complaint! Highly recommended!

They have a good online system that provides notification of appointment reminder, job completed etc....My 2016 Jaguar XJ had a CarMax (MaxCare) warranty and wanted major engine repair job and heating issue and wiring problems. Desi Auto Care handled it very well, even though some parts were difficult to obtain. Desi confirmed the coverage and took the time to do this very complicated job professionally. The shop is well laid out and inviting. Always pleased with the quality of the repairs and workmanship.

Stopped in here with a cousin who had just bought the jaguar XKR to have it checked out and sort out other problemss. Josh was professional and prioritized the job that could be done in the few days we had. After confirming the cost, he put on all new brakes, replaced new battery, and pulled apart the door to diagnose a problem with the locks that was very tricky. He also did complete inspection, gave me a good overview of the car, and didn't come up with any unexpected issues. It's a nice, clean shop that seems like it can handle all kinds of Jaguar repairs. The prices were low and it was 100% worth it.

Had an issue with my Volkswagen brake sensor and the manager, fixed it. Service was fast and costed less my expectation (rare things nowadays). Plus , he is very clear with what was the issue, how to fix it and forecasted cost. I definitely recommend Desi Auto Care to everyone.
