The techs at desi auto care were amazing. They did a few jobs for me Unable to repair of the lower front end suspension of my jaguar at a much more reasonable price rather than trying to recommend replacing the entire front end. Dylan was nothing but helpful easy going and friendly. He explained what they would be doing to my jaguar. In details, he even coordinated an enterprise rental car for me since they would need to keep my jaguar for the service. They thoroughly explained all detail of service performed and had me on my way. It was simple online clicks to book my appointment and pick up my jaguar I would definitely come back in the future and certainly recommmed...!

I purchased the H & R lowering springs and needed to install professionally. Desi Auto Care seemed like the shop to get dealer quality job but very personalized service. I contacted them, and after a few web-text, i setup an appointment. Josh went over my specifications and the overall checkup, and (he did these same springs job before) understands what goes into these types of installations. By Thursday the car was completed. Super clean job, condition was immaculate. I cannot find anything "off" with my car. It has been 1200 miles since the installation and my suspension has settled perfectly. No weird sounds or clunks, as the installation has to be done PERFECT. I can highly recommnend Desi Auto Care. Keep your patience, because they are so swamped, they do flawless job. Once your car is in their hands, they will take care fullest. Thank you.

I had visited Desi Auto Care few years back to perform a diagnostic check for my '15 Porsche Panamera. At that time, I was given report, but decided not to get any repair done and was impressed with his knowledge on Porsche's, also his honesty on the condition of my vehicle. The following year my Porsche was completely out of order & it parked in my garage for about 11 months. I took it to Desi Auto Care after 11 months and they got my car up-running within 4 days (Job-engine replacement). Throughout the repair, Josh was very courteous and answered every question (which I have a MANY of them). he kept me updated with photos & mainly his team got my Panamera at 196K miles back on the road!

First time customer- I needed both Motor mounts replaced on my 2013 BMW XDrive 35i, I emailed them for a Quote for labor (I provided the new parts) on a Sunday, I got a call on Monday from Desi auto with a very good quote, got an appointment for the week after. To my satisfaction they were able to squeeze me into before my appointment, did the job in one day and I got my car back the next day. I am very satisfied with the work, the short wait and the repair cost! I am sure dealer cost would’ve been 3-4 times higher and weeks of waiting! Definitely bringing my BMW/ Mercedes here, next time I need service on them. Thanks Desi Auto!

Josh did a wonderful job replacing my left and right elbows along with ball joints in my 2017 Lexus RX 350. Desi has great mechanics and they won't rip you off. I'm very pleased with Desi. I drove 1.5 hours away from my home to let Josh work on my vehicle. It was well worth the drive. I'm a happy customer! I can't thank you enough.

I have taken my Jaguar F-Pace to Desi's on two occasions and I will never take it anywhere else! The quality of their work is top notch and quick!! They perform diagnostics shortly after getting your vehicle and inform you of the issue and cost immediately. Not to mention, their costs are VERY reasonable and MUCH lower than the dealership. I highly recommend taking your high-end car or truck to Desi!

Mostly I drive good, used Audi's. So I need a mechanic that knows his Audi Craft. I must feel comfortable asking counter questions,and discussing my options. I need to know that the repairs will be done professionally, with OEM/factory parts.I need my mechanic to notify me if he sees any other necessary repair stuff as he is doing his diagnostics. I believe I found all those qualities in Josh and his crew. My older Audi RS4 left the shop in tip top shape. I highly recommend them!

I own a 2015 Jaguar 162k miles, which has been professionally mainted by Desi Auto Care. Having high mileage, I always realistic for repairs. Josh is mindful of this and has guided me with necessary repair VS unnecessary repair.
