I own 2018 BMW that had a strange vibration that I wanted a 2nd opinion on. Sam and Dylan were very helpful over the phone + in person, they were respectful. Technician were able to give me a diagnosis and did not charge me the whole hour to diagnose which was surprising! They gave me a tour of the shop as well. They seem to specialize in BMW/MINI of all generations. I'll come back in the future as needed specially because of the great customer service, fair pricing and they know their Bimmers. What's interesting is the shop front itself is simple but they have a huge shop in the back that is unseen from the street (White Horse Pike).

if you are the owner of technology filled cars like Mercedes, Land Rover, Jaguar you need to have regular maintenance performed to preserve your luxury investment and keep your safely while driving. Desi is the place to go to! I have had Desi Auto Care do several maintenance jobs on my Mercedes. Each time I worked with Josh, who is knowledgeable, also honest. Most recently they performed a brake fluid leak repair for me. The shop also explained a few things that I can take care of myself. You will not find any of these qualities at local dealership.

Highly recommended for European car service. So I've always gone to the BMW dealership for service. Check engine light was ON and dealer quoted $2467 for parts and labor to fix the "problem?",on top of the $250 I already paid for the diagnostic. I called Desi Auto Care to get an estimate, Josh returned my call and it was considerably 60% cheaper. But he said he would not guarantee the problem would be repaired unless he does his own diagnostic. Which is totally far. Dropped off my X5 for a diagnostic. Later on, got a call that the car was repaired , no parts or no additional labor needed! Comparing Desi Auto Care's diagnostic report to the dealership was like night and day difference. Thanks guys!

I called them up to do service, included diagnosing an engine noise. When they finished, I pickup and drove away… and noticed the same noise there. I went back and drove around with Josh, and he heard the noise as well. It turns out there was a miscommunication from my side how I communicated what the issue was ( I had the Audi A4 towed in). The next day he had fixed the issue (which was probably another 2.5 hours of labor) AND engine clean my car , all for NO charge!! I feel that Josh went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to bring your car here.

I've been bringing my 3 vehicles to Desi Auto Care for many years, and have always get trustworthy repairs and BMW maintenance. They're reasonable in my quest to keep a high mileage 11+ yrs car running without going overboard on major or minor repairs until I was ready to part with it. Elite service!! From the time I picked up the phone to schedule an appointment I was assisted with professional customer service. If I had to choose 1 word to describe their business it would definitely be TRUSTWORTHY… I’ll choose them over Mercedes dealer any day, I’m now a customer for life !!!

Great service at a reasonable price.

I brought in my Porsche for the dreaded Check Engine Sign and the symbol (low power mode). Josh and the folks diagnosed the problem, kept good communication with me as they narrowed down my issue, and had it fixed in a next day by evening ( I dropped off with appointment). Also had the yearly maintenance done along with all four brakes/pads/rotors. Honest mechanics, good prices and more personal service than what I was getting at the dealer. Would recommend to everyone!

Hello I got a quick turnaround for the auto service completion. When I picked up my car I asked questions and the gentleman I spoke with was vey very knowledgeable. I am very very pleased with my experience at Desi Auto Care and if I need future care repairs, I will be go back to Desi. Thanks

Called the service center hoping to get my lexus es in for a replacement water pump. Called the dealer and they gave me an estimate of about 3 grand. My friend referred me to Desi saying they do quality work, and they do, for way less money than the dealers. And the warranty on their work is fantastic!! I will definitely return to them for any repairs or maintenance i need from now on..
