Brought in my 2007 Jaguar XJ8 as it was overheating when idling. Chris ran diagnostics and tests, discovered the problem, and replaced the necessary components with proper OEM Parts. Service was responsive and prompt, car now runs perfectly. They know what they are doing and will be using them again for future maintenance. Highly recommend

Those mechanics are not shy helping you right away! Looking at the issue you have when stopping without any appo. They fixed stucked seat belt on my Land Rover Disco HSE. After working on it for a while he fixed it and did not ask for any money and not even take a tip from me. They are straight forward and you can feel their confidence - this is the repair shop you can trust what they say: no push or suggest doing this thing... And that stuff... Only once Rover lightbulb has an issue, they did encourage me to fix it earliest (I was reluctant especially new LED very expensive!) It was a valuable advice! I appreciate all your help.

Repair was completed in a timely fashion. I was updated at every stage and informed of all other issues with my vehicle.

He did not give me strange look when I come in with my Jaguar XKR strange noise problem (I hear/I don't hear) Josh diagnose and always have a time to listen and talk over concerns. It's the shop with dealership knowledge (but cost you less/low price) They give 2 years warranty on all jobs. THUMBS UP HIGH! I was thrilled with the service I received at Desi Auto Care! Was recommended to me by my uncle, so when my car unexpectedly blew a radiator hose on one very hot/humid day, I had my car brought to them. The AAA was prompt in getting it there, and the mechanics at Desi were even more so in getting the job done- around 5pm, and was fixed, buttoned up, and good to go before close of shop that day. Definite five-star service from drop off to pick up.

Took my Porsche-Macan there for repair because the heat shield cover practically fell off and was scrapping the ground. They gave me some options and let me decide the best for my $wallet. I called Tuesday, visited Wednesday 12pm. They ordered the part while a was there. Got the car back at 6pm. I like how they are transparent about all options and price. I will definitely go back in future Porsche service and any related repairs. Great service😍

Amazing customer service and extremely professional. The owner truly cares about his customers. All these other shops giving me a wrong diagnosis and trying to charge almost 2500 dollars for a fuel pump I didn’t need, my guy fixed my car for something less than 300. Great people.
