I took my 4x4 because light was on. Chris was able to source a part for the repair (plastic gear) saved me $1K compared to dealership wanting to replace whole component. My BMW is fixed and light is off. 5 STARS :)

I own an old Land Rover LR3 that not many mechanics know what to do with anymore, so servicing used to be a headache. Not any-more! These techs are serious professionals and perform good job on my LR3. From simple maintenance (getting oil change, front Brakes done today) to complicated jobs(oil leak from crankshaft main bearing carriers few months back) they are expects and take their time to answer all questions.

This is where I take my Audi when it causes issues. After trying un- successfully to jump-start it with my other car, I thought it was the starter. Desi auto Care could have easily nailed me for the new starter. Instead, they called and suggested installing a new battery and replacing a worn belt. Upon my arrival on Friday to collect my car, the mechanic took the time to demonstrate the worn-out condition of my old belt. Additionally, they pointed out the date code on the battery, revealing that it had exceeded its expected service life. The front office staff went above and beyond by providing me with a valuable lesson on properly jump-starting a Q3. They showed me how to bypass the battery and directly supply power to the engine compartment. Very refreshing to find shop that does not act like since I drive a Audi I'm a fair game to be fleeced. I was treated fair!

Just had my SUBARU serviced at Desi Auto. He took the tiem to explain to me about cooling system issues which cause head gasket failure and what will be going to be worked on. I have even been told not to fix something that wasn't yet worn out or damaged, such as brake pads that I still had a little bit of wear left. He gets my business because he performs good work fixing what is (REALLY!) needed, and answers all my questions.

Pleasant interaction with staff (courteous and respectful). Simple appointment process, easy check-in timely service. Waiting area clean, tidy and free of TV noise/distractions. My A6 was returned to me with no mess and the service exceeded my expectations. Will be returning with my S4 for its annual maintenance.

An enjoyable experience from a kind and compassionate Mechanic, his staff is also the persona of hospitality.

The real age of my sedan is starting to surface. Desi Auto Care has been reasonable in price and promised time with turn-around time. With my car Chris told me pretty much who/what/where/ and why things were going wrong or having the issues….-I appreciate.

Sam and Chris are professional, honest, and educated on Volvo repair service, but they really seem care for service they offer. My car was in bad shape and had a long laundry list of things wrong with it, they not only made the most necessary ONLY repairs to my car such as brakes and replaced bad bearings at a reasonable price. My car is running so well. Awesome repair shop and I will highly recommend their services. In addition to servicing the Volvo, Chris given me few tips, such as how to access the car when my remote battery dies.

People at this Repair shop give you the feeling of trust, knowledge of your car. This is my shop for straight forward answers, fair prices, I don't know how else to put it, try them I did and I like what I found.
