I decided to take my fuel filter off faster without even Jacking up my Audi A6 and yeppp..i pretty much ruined a fuel line. I ordered from online a new fuel lines but didn’t receive them till Monday. At the latest I needed my car by Wednesday so I didn’t have much time to find my buddy’s home-garage where I could install them. Luckily I found this shop 12 mile from my apartment complex. I towed it over. After explaining my situation to Drew he was able to take my Audi in and completed very same day. I appreciate Drew fitting me in under such short notice. I sure recommend this shop to any DIY customers who make a mistake and have to wave the WHITE FLAG definitely come here! Thank you again!

I feel better having my Infiniti repaired here. I know I get quality original parts. I know the diagnostic is perfect to identify issues. On highway 60 MPH I was having a brake pulsation with some steering wheel vibration. Sometimes I do not like the outcome because there is a surprise repair- but one my Infiniti can’t drive without. So, it is repaired before the car is destroyed. But then the (and it it’s surprise) there’s something Chris have done without telling me, even if it’s as simple as replacing my small headlamps. There are few places like Desi Auto Care: expertise, quality, honest and a quirky smart technician to make you grit your teeth and ‘get it’ done right.

One Of the few professionals experience of getting my 13 Mercedes ML350 diagnosed and serviced. I got my rear brake replacement and coolant leak(radiator) work done from Desi Auto Care. I took my 4x4 because light was on. Chris was able to source a part for the repair (plastic gear) saved me $1K compared to dealership wanting to replace whole component. My BMW is fixed and light is off. 5 STARS :)

I own an old Land Rover LR3 that not many mechanics know what to do with anymore, so servicing used to be a headache. Not any-more! These techs are serious professionals and perform good job on my LR3. From simple maintenance (getting oil change, front Brakes done today) to complicated jobs(oil leak from crankshaft main bearing carriers few months back) they are expects and take their time to answer all questions.

This is where I take my Audi when it causes issues. After trying un- successfully to jump-start it with my other car, I thought it was the starter. Desi auto Care could have easily nailed me for the new starter. Instead, they called and suggested installing a new battery and replacing a worn belt. Upon my arrival on Friday to collect my car, the mechanic took the time to demonstrate the worn-out condition of my old belt. Additionally, they pointed out the date code on the battery, revealing that it had exceeded its expected service life. The front office staff went above and beyond by providing me with a valuable lesson on properly jump-starting a Q3. They showed me how to bypass the battery and directly supply power to the engine compartment. Very refreshing to find shop that does not act like since I drive a Audi I'm a fair game to be fleeced. I was treated fair!
