I live in Delaware, i was traveling in Jersey and my BMW started overheating. Sam told me that repairs going to take more than a day and this it would be better to find a shop near my home to do this repair job. My W was drivable, but due to the overheating I needed to pull over every so many miles to let the car cool and add coolant. Since I was from out of state he help me 2 gallons of coolant. He also suggested considering the car age (1999) that I just sell it, eventually that’s what I did. Thanks!

I feel lucky to have found this business. They work almost exclusively on imports, and I saw a few high end models whose owners were getting their work done there. Not only did they solve my problem, they fixed an earlier repair ... done by someone else. I've seen dealers charge 2-3 times as much for the work they did.

They never over charges us and never recommended repairs we really don't need. When we brought our old car because of major transmission issues and Kris explained: repair will be more expensive and we were better off getting a new vehicle at this point My family will sure continue to bring our cars to Kris as we have full trust in him.

Desi Auto took care of me/family in a roadside emergency situation. Even though game has no appointment available he still permit me to bring my car in I had AAA Towed here this was not an easy problem to diagnose. Jiffy Lubr oil change stripped an air intake bolt and they don’t have correct replacement ( mechanic required to remove air intake to reach oil filter) he was friendly to treat me with sandwich from next door. Next time I’ll go to replace my power steering . Helpful mechanics

Chris replaced my injector pump seals and he is to the point-blunt. I also met Eric (another tech) their parking is fully loaded with German cars. Seems extremely busy shop!

Alright so we all have problems at some point with our BMW. It’s just a matter of which shop you’re going to trust with it. Desai Auto Care was recommended to me by a very close friend; as my car was having sluggish acceleration and check engine sign pop up problems, I decided to take the recommendation. Chris and Josh were supportive and thorough in the diagnostics of my 5-Series, and also showed me hands on the processes he does in diagnosing car. Eventually, he ended up finding a clever resolution and had me on my way back to home. I really appreciation for the timely service which he resolved the problem.

Miles: 118k. My car started making bump/jump during acceleration and mainly when turning right/left. Issue was diagnosed by Desi Auto Care as the transfer case which needed to be replaced. He invited me in to shop bays to show work in progress. Don't forget to enjoy free snacks & sodas!

Somehow randomly my car having problem engaging into 5th gear and I took it into Desi and Chris was busy + I went without appointment, but still, he helped me to diagnose the issuesamd fix it on Fri. It was due to contaminated fluid, worn sychronizers in Transmission and improperly adjusted shift linkage. Good job.
