Took my Land Rover LR3 to get quoted for a re-repair. A maple Shade shop messed up my Rover and tried getting me to pay $1630 for a repair. I called Desi Auto Care and Leslie told me to bring in on Wed to get checked out. They ended up fixing up my SUV that was messed up by other shop. Was 100% satisfied with the time they spent fixing it, cost, and customer service.

Look no further! This is the most trusted mechanics shop I have ever taken my BMW M4 to, from Salem Country to Stratford. I make the drive because the mechanics are honest, they listen to all your concerns and explain everything to my understanding. Drew in particular was very attentive, my repairs were done in a timely manner and he reached out and communicated to me each step of the way. I will be referring them to friends, clients and coworkers.

I have been bringing my Mini Cooper and Saab to this shop for over 4 years and I will continue to bring them here. Honestly, knowledge and professionalism is what keeps me coming back. Took my MINI Cooper- Roadster to Desi over the weekend to have them look at a check engine light issue. Desi was able to fix the rattling noise under engine and the smog leak issue. Great customer service and appreciated with advice and candour!! I recommended and plan to go again whenever needed.

I picked up my '07 Mercedes E350 Monday it's my 3rd experience with Desi Auto Care... I had Andrew do my four brakes and rotors all the way around as well as all shocks and struts... He got me in and out in same day... again providing a solid experience from start to finish...

Really nice guys - my BMW 330xi battery keep getting drained and I didn’t want to pay dealer prices. Katelyn said I could come by and they’d check it out. Turned out I didn’t have a connection on tight enough. They charged me for the short time it took them to figure it out - which is really cool because they could have charged me a whole hour!!! Nice to know that there is a good shop to take a BMW to other than the dealer. Plus, they have two years warranty on all jobs they do.

Desi Auto Care maintained my 2015 M-benz SL 400 for years with 193k miles, and never let me down. In fact, their work is always above and beyond the call of the duty, making sure everything done to the car was perfect. They will recommend cheaper solutions when those are available and adequate for the situation. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

They are very thorough. I took my VW here and they were experts in handling diesel engines and help me locate all my issues and potential future issues with a diagnostic. My check engine sign hasn't come on since visiting them! Excellent customer service by Katelyn!
