Stratford Auto Repair

I was concerned about the strange noises emanating from my Mini Cooper. Desi Auto Care diagnosed it as a loose part and fixed it in less than an hour!

Josh did a fantastic job with my car and my daughter’s car!! Josh and his team did a work replacing my leaking radiator. They are very understanding and helped me with logistics for my car and my daughter’s car. Fantastic team!! Highly recommend!!

I was astounded by the degree of skill and consideration when I brought my Porsche in for a standard check-up. John, the technician, took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. My car seems like it just came off the assembly line, and the service was prompt. I will most certainly return for all of my future need. Many thanks, group!

Desi Auto Care has really amazed me! They performed magic on my BMW, which was in poor condition.

My Audi A6 was running rough, but Desi Auto Care fixed it right away! Josh is a magician with German cars; he explained everything properly and did not try to upsell me.

I came here to get my headlamps replaced. I didn’t know I had 2 more additional bulbs burned out. But they took care of it. They were professional, I was done in less than 1hr and they made the experience very nice. I’m glad I chose them. I will be back , I need an oil change!

My 2018 Macan GTS just underwent some 60k mile preventive maintenance and they also found a coolant leak I asked them to look into and repaired it. Porsche repairs are expensive, as I was aware, but they kept me informed and I had the car back in a reasonable time. They even fixed a light bulb that burned out when I went to pick up car and did not charge me. This is my 5th time there and 2nd with this car and I will come back again.

Desi Auto took great care of my tuned MINI (R60)! This is the second time I've taken my car there (previously for various fluid changes and a walnut blasting). They were super helpful, were able to answer all of my questions, and even worked to get the warranty company to cover a portion of the repair cost (timing chain, common thing with these cars)! Overall great experience, car is running fantastically, and I'll be back if anything else comes up!
