I was informed that my Land Rover has a broker rear shocks which was causing the suv to be out if alignment. Andrew advised to to take the Land Rover to dealer as the repair was still under warranty. This was a good example of honesty Desi auto care gives true advice to their customers.

What I like most is that Desi guys will actually give you a Land Rover lesson about the particular problem or failure mechanism and will give you other options and a recommendation. I switched to them from another mechanic and its a night and day difference. Desi uses genuine parts, and will offer a longer warranty than other shops or dealers. If you own a Land Rover and need a repair service, check them out, you'll be glad you did and you will end up having extra cash in your pocket.

I had an issue with SAAB - the starter went out. He quoted less price than what I found during online research. However, it's not just about price...Drew was very considerate with call-text communication and fast service. No high pressure up-selling of repairs, no nonsense - just honest, hardworking Saab mechanics who appreciate your business.

I bought my Audi without knowing about the maintenance expenses that goes with the A4 model and started thinking I made a huge mistake but luckily I knew friend with Audi and he suggest me to go Desi Auto Care and I had a lot of unfortunate things wrong with it, so dealers wanted about $9400 for fuel pump and catalytic converter and snubber mount brakes and fuel valve and power steering and transmission gear oil etc. and Desi did everything for very lower price and they told me which jobs exactly needed to be done now and I approved lots of work done for $1800. It's not surprising to see these great reviews.

My car had the air condition drain clogged. Instead in the AC water going down under the vehicle , it ended up in the passenger compartment and soaking the rugs , I talked to Chris for my Porsche AC issue, it took him 1.5 hrs to fix problem , also cleaned with some desiccant bags and baking soda to help to reverse all odors and mold forming . He charged me exactly what was quoted. Very helpful guys are working here !

Desi performed transmission service and belt replacement done on my car. Also, took the time to show me needed repair service instead of just writing it down. I definitely recommend.
