I started bringing my Audi Q7 to Desi Auto Care when my warranty expired. They have been doing maintenance service interval job and bring needed things to my attention. Recently (I was planning to travel *******) window switch and A/C blower motor went bad. I thought I could watch a few you-tube videos and do it myself. But i was wrong!When I called and explained them my mistake, ******** said he would help me out. The repaior is technically proficient, Im happy to compensate them for their expertise. I pick my car up up the Monday (which possibly could have taken me a days to figure out, get the correct tools, buy the *** parts, read over and over to make sure, on and on) Learn from me, take it do Desi, even for the routine stuff, you will be happy you did. Stellar service!

My SUV had stalled on the 295 North, and as I'm new resident in this area I wasn't sure where to take it. I am glad to find Desi Auto Care they diagnosed a crank sensor problem, took care of it earliest possible, and let me keep it there over for 3 days when I couldn't pick it up. They did a good work. The mechanic there take time to explain the issue, don't treat you like an idiot, and are transparent about the price. They know BMW's.

My Audi Quattro was due for few services (oil change & filter. Cabin filter. Brakes. tires) I was going on long travel and needed it completed before I go travel. Asked online for a quote and to check if I could come in ASAP. Sam emailed me straight forward quote. No random add-on or any up safe, but was explained of what my next service would be and how much cost. It did take little longer for all jobs. But I didn't have an appointment. and they squeezed me in. In the future I will set up real appointment.

Took my'15 Jaguar XJ here for regular maintenance. Cheaper than dealer. Easy to set online appointment. Sent me an email when my car was completed, highly recommend. My JAG is happy again :) Reviewed things needing repair and resolved pesky issues. +2 years warranty!

I was extremely pleased with my service. Quality service at a much more reasonable price than my Mercedes dealer. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I didn't feel pressured like at other mechanics. I'll definitely be back.

Even on the most difficult issues, like an unusual overheating prob that can take lots of diagnosing and few visits to find, Desi Auto Care's commitment to the repair was exceptional. Christian was determined to find the actual prob and fix it- which he did 100% correctly. My suggestion is to call or web-message them and see what they can do for you.

5 star service all the way! From check in to pick up, pleasant service, excellent work and a very efficiently run auto repair shop. Everyone is a pleasure to deal with and the work is exceptional! I won't take my cars anyplace else!
