Stratford Auto Repair

I live in the apartment directly behind Desi Auto Care. Mechanic from Desi Auto Care have walked over to jump my dead Jaguar XJ8, within about few minutes of me calling for help. I needed a new battery, which they installed fast (They carry lots of batteries in stock).

I usually go to dealership for all my Land Rover L3 repair, but this weekend my truck had been making some rough noise bcoz I think was a muffler, dealer told me my whole exhaust stuff and catalytic convertor needed to be replaced. It will cost me $1800+. Luckily the part delivery guy there suggested I check out Desi Auto Care, and I'm so happy I did. Bryan was very friendly. I wish I knew the name of that mechanic who helped me, he took my car in right away to inspect and gave me quote. he took me into the repair bay to show me what it looked like under the Land Rover, which I was very thankful of! He show me place that were rusted and suggest me what to expect in the future, what possible service I will need etc. He ended up just replacing a rusty gasket which was only $32. I feel i can trust this shop for sure!

I have been taking and provide fast turnaround. They perform the job "right at first time" and provide fast turnaround. He is transparent which I like because I know nothing about Audi!! My Q5 runs great and they treat customers friendly here. I choose them over the dealer and charge$ are more than reasonable! I forgot my gas cap loose and the check engine sign pop-up. I drove to Desi Auto Care and told Chris and he checked it for me on the spot. Fixed!!

Most of my neighbor's come here. They fixed cylinder scoring and heavy knocking noise on my Porsche 911. Chris explained everything (before and After) and that my day better. Desi Auto Care has restored my trust in mechanic shop. I highly recommend these hard-working guys! Note: these was 78 year old person named Russell waiting with me in the office who drives from Atlantic City to have his Porsche repaired there! ( Russell gets 5 stars too!)

They speak both mechanic and non-mechanic language which is rare. With clean waiting area. Free refreshments and clean bathrooms. Land Rover repair prices are too good to be true.

They're keeping my '18 Land Rover Velar on the road with 93k plus miles. They're smart guys and technically savvy and transparent. Latest repair work-- instead of just replacing particular parts the easiest way and charging me a few thousand dollars (which would not have been dishonest, it would be just easier for them,but more expensive for me), they performed with difficult labor and figured out a way to get my Velar running again for a 1/4 of the cost. I'll never ever go to any other shop. If you live in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. do yourself a favor and make these technicians your regular guys- you will not be sorry!

Josh pin point my Porsche (difficult electrical issue) and know how to fix it correctly! Level of expertise is way better than the dealership with way better prices!!

Replaced my MINI Cooper fuse and issue resolved right away. Oh, well! I will talk to other MINI owners. Yes, it was free fuse!!! Thanks!!

I believe the Dealer was really going to rip me off. I took our VW Beetle to Desi’s for a 2nd opinion and I feel so much better. Not only did I find a shop that goes the extra mile, keeps you informed about progress and protects your interior from unwelcome grease etc. The guys there genuinely care. They left such a good impression that I’ll be taking my Xterra to get serviced there as well. Thanks Desi Auto Care.
