Shawn was great explaining what he would do and delivered. First let's talk price. The Land Rover dealer wanted wat too high for an oil change and lots of inspection items. Desi Auto Care was the lowest. He did not try to push any additional repairs and even changed my key battery at cost of the battery. I was always afraid to go somewhere else other than the dealer under lease and warranty but saving $770 was well worth the trip here. Friendly owner!

After one of my jaguar's cylinders blew and my car began to shaking, I knew I needed to see a European mechanic close to home in Voorhees.i called around and found Desi Auto Care and - man - finally I found my new auto repair place! Shawn (Service Adviser) was beyond helpful and was able to accommodate me quickly and within a day, I was back on the road and my car has never been better! Parts and labor were extremely reasonable. My wallet and I are very happy. Will be back for sure!

THE LAST HONEST MECHANIC! He knows so much about BIMMERs, plus he takes the time to explain any questions you may have. He has serviced my M2 for four years now and I'm so pleased with his passion for perfection even doing an oil change he takes the time. Wish more auto mechanics where like you.

Once again, these mechanics are "the real deal" for my Mini Paceman service. Extremely competent, anxious to please and NEVER-EVER try to sell you things you do not need. I'm from Philly and drive past many other highly rated shops to go here. They have a customer for life!

My experience with Desi has been outstanding. I purchased a used 2008 Jaguar S-Type. I knew I'd have some repair to do on it, but it really began to get crazy. Sam talked me through all the problems that the car was having, taking the time to explain what was happening and why. They put my car's mechanical mechanical problems and my wallet on a budget and we worked through many of the car's issues. For a while I was truly disheartened with my Jaguar purchase from Craigslist, but thanks to Desi, I'm now cruising along the NJ Turnpike and enjoying my ride.

I have a 2008 xDrive 35i, I shopped around for head gaskets service needed on my car and other major repair work. I checked out a few European shops and as soon as I stopped by here. I knew these folks knew what's up on everything Bimmers! Shaun is very knowledgeable; right away I felt that he enjoys working on German types of vehicles! With these cars OEM parts is the only way to go and this is what he deliver. When I received my car it was a night and day difference. Shaun OVER delivered when he finished my BMW X6. Andre was able to take my Benz E-class Cabriolet E350 (2011) and not only get it running but it drives like very new--- I had neglected the car and it sat in my garage-- car had been sitting for 2.5 yrs--- I brought it to Desi Auto Care and 3 days later I drove the car out of the shop and it felt like the day I left the dealer 9 years ago. I would not bring my car to anyone else-- They're certified. why pay for the dealer price when you can get personal and accurate service right around corner. Recommended
