Dealing with My *17 Porsche Panamera is my LEAST favorite thing to do. Desi Auto Care has changed that for me and has a good experience dealing with them, My warranty has expired so I brought my car to DESI for brakes bcoz my Porsche was "yelling" at me with the warning light that said my brakes need to pay attention right NOW! I was ready to spend money because the brakes has not been replaced since I purchased my car, so it was a time to service. Sam called me the next afternoon that my brakes are very fine and that it was a sensors that needed to be replaced. They clear the fault code. He said when I bring it back next time for oil change service, we'll check sensors again. I swear that would never happen at dealership Service was courteous, property is clean and job is well done timely. Desi Auto Care is the shop where I know I'II be well taken care of by trustworthy Porsche technicians.

After seeing a red warning sign on my Jaguar, I had my co-worker take a look at it and it turns out my XE needed a new alternator. Genuine OEM alternator was replaced and the red warning sign was gone. They’re not fishing for your wallet while discussing to you. Honest work and I’m all in on supporting family-run businesses that are this good.

I brought my Mercedes R350 in for check engine sign, abs failure sign, and PMS failure sign. After diag. Chris explained me, that I needed an air mass sensor. Had my service completed on time. Not only did I get recommendations but I wasn’t pressured for any up-sell. In addition, my repair is covered under 2 years / 24,000 miles warranty.

Chris performed preventive maintenance for carbon buildup. My BMW 750Li has more than 125K miles on it. I notice bump in fuel efficiency and my Bimmer driving like a champ!

I carried on the family tradition in owning a Mercedes Benz. Transmission and Transfer case fluid changed at 125K miles on my 2018 C-300. Job completed very same day. Two thumbs up!

This is second time I’m bringing my foreign car to desi auto mechanic, I can tell you that I should’ve never went the second time…… Both times I picked up my car they were not fixed and I was told to take it to bmw/ Mercedes. My first car was a 2011 535i x drive it was in limp mode and needed a turbo put in, turbo job was no problem but told me had to go to bmw to get it out of limp mode, I fixed car with just changing a fuse!!!!!!, now my 2004 s55 amg is having electric issues, I told them to diagnose car, they told me that the ecu will not connect to there scanner and I have to go to Mercedes, now when I picked up car they charged me 140 dollars and I said why? On their website is clearly states free diagnosis…… so that would be false advertising. Do not I repeat do not take your foreign car to desi unless you want it back not fixed.

They take the time to explain in simple language, don’t try to scare me and are always receptive to any minor repairs as well. Have been taking my car there for any major or minor repairs and they reassured me considerably. Because of that, I’ll always be a customer.

My issue was with the O2/OBD2 sensor not being ready. I am done driving long distances, driving uphill but O2 sensor still was not showing ready. I then decided to call Desi Auto Care to help troubleshoot the problem. They performed a drive cycle (which was difficult during the traffic) for $37 and the O2 sensor was ready. Mechanic also noticed I had nail in the tire which he fixed too. Job well done!
