Good experience I've ever had at any repair shop, and I've been to a lot! It's hard to find a mechanic that is honest,tells you exactly what repair will be performed, does quality job with quality OEM parts and is fair priced. Desi Auto Care came highly recommended so I gave it a try. First: I bought my used car and by now it needed some jobs; I've had 2 windows replaced, regulators replaced, vacuum and intake pipes replaced. When car started smoking like hell and I thought it was a head gasket and told them also. Instead of going with what I mentioned and doing the head gasket replacement (which can easily cost me $1000's), Josh diagnosed it as a leaky PCV crankcase valve, which in comparison was a very little money! X5 is running smoothly. I like that Brian informed me of what's causing a problem and gave me option & suggestions without pressuring me into spending more dollars with him. Second: I also had major fuel pump and sensor problem with my Jaguar XE (it will not start, dashboard looked like a Xmas season full of dancing signs) so I had it AAA to Desi the next evening, I did some searching online and was ready for a $1350 estimate. Next noon after dropping it off, Josh contacted me to explain to me, he pinpointed the problem, he could order the part same-day, and the estimate wasn't even 50% of what I was ready to pay! Within 24 hours he text me that car is ready for pickup and I had the car back in complete condition running better than before. I've been German/British-car man for long time doing a lot of my own services and it takes a lot for me to trust a repair shop with both my card. These folks are top-notch, trained mechanics, and they got all the latest diagnostic computers (shop is very organized, also see their parking lot photos in Google). I highly recommend!

Our vehicle required replacement of the rear shock absorbers. A very competitive price was offered for the repairs (versus the car dealer). Immediate service was also offered. The staff made every effort to accommodate our needs. The shop uses a convenient method (i.e., electronic messaging) to communicate all services and transactions ( including electronic signatures) with the customer. We will visit Desi Auto Care in the near future.

Incredible service and attitude. Had a brake fluid leak on my E-Series Mercedes and didn't feel safe driving all the way to the dealer to have it fixed. I'm so lucky to have found these guys - Chris and Brian were both amazing. They're busy for a reason, and they still managed to get me in and out in under 24 hours, and I paid half of what I would've expected at the dealer. Will definitely go back again!

They did a great job on my vehicle!! I dropped it off in the morning and got my vehicle back within 4 hours. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quick and efficient repairs!

Recently bought a Mercedes Benz and this vehicle would take serious maintenance, few surprises, and with each one Sam and his crew have been there to resolve concerns. I've had problem with my DEF sensor being triggered and they worked with my warranty company to have it covered and I ended up only paying only small amount out of pocket for a costly repair job.

Desi Auto Care crew treat customers well and will also give a good pricing. I had rear wheel bearings replaced on my '14 BMW X6. My car was done by evening and it drives perfectly afterwards. Josh makes you feel comfortable and really know how keep a customer educated about their cars. I will definitely come back for any major/minor repairs on my Bummer.
