All I can say "Andrew took great care of my Porsche Turbo he used original parts and replace my all four brakes including rotes for cheaper than any other shop" He took time to diagnose the water pump leak and tell me what issue is going on. My 2nd appointment is on Friday, I'm pleased with service.

I was much skeptical about going to a private Mercedes repair shop. Technician Shawn put me at ease and explained about the fault code I was getting and answers all my questions for service job and timing. When job completed, he showed me the old parts and explained me why the problem happened in the first place. I'm happy with price and length of repair.

4th place I visited, after 1st three were unsuccessful in identifying the fault in my Hyundai Santa Fe. After 3 days of perseverance, Desi Auto Care's engineer fixed it, and I was charged a reasonable fee. Great customer service. I recommend

Based on 4 visits for repair services of airbag light to alternator replacement to complicated electrical issues on my Mercedes E-class. I am fully pleased with Desi. They're pleasure - patient - articulate as they describe an issues and its fix! You know nothing's cheap to repair on a Benz, but his prices are very fair! Desi was recommended by a friend (He is a used car dealer) and I'm lucky to find them.

My car had serious error malfunction with other faults of rear brakes and rotor warning showing. Turnersville BMW's very high estimate upsets me. Not only Desi fix all faults with full tune-up and rear brakes, they did it as a fraction of the cost and told me I didn't need 60% of the items what Turnersville BMW told me I needed. Most importantly the car now drives feels like I just got in the vehicle the first time. Thanks again Desi and team.

I brought my BMW E46 there after getting the transmission failure? The dealer wanted few thousand to replace the SMG Hydraulic pump and it was out of stock for a month. Shawn was able to quickly source and install a new pump at a fraction of the cost. Dealers use scare tactics that small independent shops can't handle the electronics. Don't fall for that tactic. 5+ Stars!! I have a 2005 BMW and Every time I have repair service done like water pump or brakes they do a perfect work at a great price. It is refreshing to have real mechanics know what to do and to do only what is needed. Sean tells it truthfully and it's reassuring driving an older BMW they are there to keep it going.

My brother is the "mechanic" in the family (BMW, Infiniti and Porsche) whenever he gets stuck or the repair requires more equipment than he have at home, our cars are taken to Desi Auto Care. We tend to keep our cars rather than treat them like Dixie cups. Maintenance and repairs are important to us.
