I was satisfied. There were some delays with ordering/receiving parts, but overall I was pleased with the service.

We brought a BMW-M3 here that my son wanted to purchase. These guys really know what they're doing. They found so much wrong with the car and advised us not to buy it. They were patient with my son and explained all the details of what they found to him, pointing everything out. We trust then when it come to knowing Bimmers!

In 2016 they worked on 3 different import vehicles of ours - '09 BMW, '05 Mercedes and '07 Acura. No frill, very simple place but highly knowledgeable technicians.

i was referred to desi by my co- worker and it was the best referral ever! i wanted my stoke rims changed out to a new set of rims i purchased; however the tire shops i took it to previously were hesitant to do the job because the rim sizes were wider and not "stoke." i also knew form the beginning that my stoke dimmer centre caps were interchangeable with the new rims but all the other tire shops told me i wasn't going to fit before even .desi auto care the other hand, was able to put the new rims on, transfer the TPMS hardware to the new wheels, balance all wheels, and transfer the original 2012 BMW centre caps to the new rims. Done everything i asked for and more ! the entire staff was courteous. the wait didn't seem that long because there is a nice waiting area with free snacks , coffee,drinks,candies....!

I recently took my 2002 Land Rover Discovery to Desi Auto Care after another shop had my car for week and could not fix brake issue. Desi was honest/fair. They kept me informed by text. The parts for Land Rover are expensive and he was able to get the right parts in just hours at a discount. He did check all the problems have been diagnosed correctly . They replaced master cylinder and brake booster in two days. I love my Rover again!

This place has 5 stars for a reason. Skip the dealerships, skip the sketchy mechanic shops, and bring your car here. Rock bottom prices, top notch quality, and mechanics you can trust. My man Shawne (spelling?) hooked me up with a PCV Valve in less than 24 hours when most places couldn't get it to me in a few days. Oh and by the way, it was LE$$ than dealerships quote price on the valve, and I went with the OEM option (top recommended). They also offered to throw it in for $35 labor compared to Audi Dealer who wanted $240 for few minutes of labor required to replace the part. Best repair shop

I had many problems in my car and i was almost ready to sale but my one of friend suggest me to visit Desi Auto Care, after visit there mechanic suggest me to keep this car and gave me good price contention and finally after repair still driving and there is no issue, i am really appreciate with there best service and good suggestion.
