I drive a 2009 Mini Cooper, last month the water pump started leaking and I took the car to Desi Auto Care after being referred by a buddy of mine. What a great place, I was amazed by their customer service and professionalism. Andrew helped me out throughout the whole fixing process and I left the shop as one satisfied customer.

Desi Auto Care was a great experience! Jessica the receptionist was polite and very helpful. I called in Wednesday morning for a same-day appointment because of an emergency and she got me in right away. They went above and beyond just for an oil change and fixed an issue I wasn't even aware of. Definitely recommend for your oil change and auto repair needs.

I just had a very low-stress visit with Desi's. I've been taking my car to the Acura dealership and they were recommending repairs that totaled more than $4500. I contacted Desi through Yelp and they responded immediately with a detailed quote - less than half the dealer's estimate. When I actually brought my car in the next day, they re-checked all the dealer recommendations and told me the only thing I actually needed to do right away was transmission service. Last week my car wouldn't start and I thought it was due to a bad starter. I looked online for auto repair shops and I saw that Desi Auto Care had good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I called to schedule an appointment and they also provided me with the number of the towing company they work with. The next day, I received a call from them and was informed that it was actually my battery that needed to be replaced, not my starter. I was given a total of how much it would cost to replace the battery and was surprised that it was cheaper than I expected.

Andrew worked on AWD and brakes on my 2006 BMW 3 series. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed through the diagnosis process, getting parts, price, and repair. Very professional and friendly. I recommend them for your automotive repairs.

My Mini-Cooper Clubman radiator blew early morning on my way to job. I called Sam to see if he can squeeze me in. Luckily he has one cancellation. He ordered it for me, and had it delivered within 1.5 hours, and repair was done t a great price. A life saver for sure!
