It was my first experience that really makes me want to leave a review. My Air Cond was having issues. so I took it to Sam assuming that it just needed to be recharged. They let me know that AUDI Q5 often have problems with the evaporator and that this can be a very costly repair. Rather than do anything themselves, he let me know that the repair would likely be covered under my warranty and recommended that I go to the Cherry Hill Dealer (where it would be don for free) He even recommended that I do NOT do the diagnostic test with Dealer, because the dealership would need to redo it and I would be charged twice. Totally honest!

People who don't know European cars, trust this shop. Sean didn't know me from anyone else off the street and has been a wonderful person to deal with taking care of items that most shops would just turn away. Also, he happens to have a great BMW shop that has honest prices and helps you with whatever he can in getting the prices down. Appreciate all the professionalism and integrity, not to mention the expertise on European vehicles and skill. New Jersey's best!

He fixed the engine cylinder misfire in 20 minutes (cause by leaky spark plug boots). At fair cost. Definitely recommend to other MB owners.

After Turnersville BMW failed to properly diagnose the issue in the beginning. I contacted Desi Auto Care and I'm glad I did! From the outset, I appreciated Sean's forthright communication and how he inspired confidence that they would repair the car. He was direct and the car was repaired on time. They did a thorough work and actually more than what we initially discussed as "it needed to be done" and he honored the original price quote. honesty, I felt more taken care of by this shop then dealer. This is definitely my "go to" place should my car need tweaking in the future.

Sam called me and email me progress pics. Felt like I was his only and the best customer even though his shop was full with all kinds of European cars!!

Sean knows his Rovers. He is a certified master tech and Rover expert. I had problem with power steering, I had the pump and hose replaced at a shop in North Brunswick only to find out that the issue reoccurred 3 weeks later. Other shops told me to replace the steering rack ($1K +) but he simply told me that it was because the reservoir was not replaced, the metal particles from there re-entered the system. After another pump replacement, re-bleed and new reservoir, no more whining noises. Fellow Rover enthusiasts, don't waste your hard earned dollars elsewhere to fix other shop's mistakes. Go to Sean to get it done right-first time.

We drive two LR3 Land Rovers and I know cars pretty well, so being lied by the dealership is especially irksome. My wife's LR had an oil leak and airflow issue. From her own description of its operability and my driving it, I could easily diagnose as a simple boost leak. The dealer had tried to convince me (as if I don't know better?) that in addition to that split tube I'd need to replace the rear main seal (a simple but time consuming and thus expensive and totally unnecessary repair) and even claimed on their sheet, that my wife stated she saw oil leaking (a blatant lie) I picked the car up unrepaired. I went to Desi Auto Care on my step brother's recommendation and in just a day they found the source of the oil leak, ordered the parts, did the work, and sent us on our merry way with a properly operating LR. Thus all our scheduled service from now on will be there only. Thanx!

Best place in my opinion to work on foreign cars.. people are friendly knowledgeable..fair if not great prices..

Honest, easy to communicate. This is my new go to VW shop! I called right after visit from my regular mechanic who told me I could not turn off my Volkswagen (2014 Touareg VR6) unless I got it to a Volkswagen Specialist shop, or else I'd need a tow. Andrew at Desi Auto told me to drive on over and explained what was happening and what to expect along with estimate. It was 98 degrees-hot and I had my dog with me and Andrew made everything convenient as possible(including offering me cold drinks). I really appreciated it. I love supporting local business! Must call first to appointment.
