Went to Desi Auto for my Service B on my Mercedes-Benz and the process was great. Everyone was super friendly.

I’m super happy with the service I brought in my Volkswagen Passat for a brake change and a tuneup and I couldn’t have asked for better service

For the past few weeks, my Audi would occasionally hesitate when accelerating onto the highway, but never long enough for me to show anyone the issue. Josh was able to diagnose a failing fuel delivery component that only acted up intermittently.

Judi and Josh at Desi Auto Care are great. They always take the time to discuss what needs to be done. Throughout the entire process, they demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and exceptional knowledge. They saved me a ton of money and took the time to explain (in terms I could understand) what was going on with my vehicle and what needed to be done. Desi Auto, took great care of my Volkswagen Jetta. Front end was really loose and they figured it out and got it all tightened up for me.

My Mercedes started feeling unsettled at highway speeds, especially on longer drives from Mount Laurel to Philly, which is daily commute I can’t skip!!. They found a worn suspension component that wasn’t obvious during a quick inspection. The car feels planted and smooth again.

Came in Desi Auto, for an oil leak ended up being my valve cover. They did a nice job, cleaning up the engine and replacing the part on my Audi S5.

My Benz GLC-300 would randomly struggle to start some mornings but it acted weird later in the day. They found an issue with the charging system that was slowly draining the battery, and it’s been starting flawlessly ever since.

I wish I had found this service center sooner. Service is to the point- no unnecessary add-ons or negotiations to make the service charges more. Reasonable pricing as well.
