Had my brakes replaced, oil changed, and a transmission code diagnosed and fixed. The shaking at 60 mph is completely gone, and the car now drives perfectly. Alternator was replaced as well, and Josh even changed a light bulb for free. Genuine guy and excellent service-highly recommend.

Fantastic Service for My 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman! I highly recommend desi auto care for any specialized Mini repair needs. Dylan did a good job addressing my check engine light issue. Service was comprehensive, including a full tune-up and synthetic oil change. He identified and corrected engine misfires by performing an induction service and replacing with Bosch OE Finewire Single Platinum parts. Crucially, he also handled the complex removal and replacement of the Engine Control Module (ECM) and ensured the necessary programming/coding was completed. He was knowledgeable about my MINI's specific requirements.

It turned out that the reason my MINI was riding rough over bumps was a suspension problem. There was noticeable improvement after the suspension was fixed. The car feels comfortable once more, as it should.

Finally, I found a shop that understands MINI Coopers. They resolved an unusual electrical problem that even the dealership couldn't figure out. The personnel is quite polite, and the shop is immaculately clean and organized. I spotted other Jaguar and Volkswagen owners there, which says a lot!
