Brought in BMW 328i Drive for service recently due to several error codes and misfires. The Desi team provided a very thorough diagnosis. He found oil in the spark plug tubes and advised that while they are fixing the immediate issue, the vehicle may need a new valve cover down the road if the oil returns. They gave me a clear breakdown of all my codes (2C32, 2C6C, 29CF, 29CE, 29CC, 2E85). The recommendation was to start by replacing the spark plugs and two ignition coils to address the misfires. Josh explained that fixing the misfires could potentially resolve the oxygen sensor codes as well, streamlining the repair process and saving me money. Front desk lady is talkative but very helpful. Dylan was great in diagnosing and fixing a persistent rough idling issue with my Volkswagen Jetta GLI that other mechanics struggled with. After a recent manifold job elsewhere, my car was still misfiring and showing lean codes. He correctly identified the core problem as a faulty PCV (crankcase vent) valve, which was leaking air. They efficiently removed and replaced the PCV valve/oil separator and the associated engine crankcase breather hose. Car is running much smoother now, and they are following up to re-diagnose after the fix. Their targeted VW expertise saved me a lot of hassle.
