I'm particularly cautious about where I take my Jaguar for repairs because I own one. This shop was excellent; they were very professional and obviously had experience with European vehicles. They immediately identified the problem and kept me informed during the repair. I had the impression that my car was in capable hands!

My BMW kept throwing random warning lights, so I brought it in, and their diagnostic work was excellent. I liked how they explained everything without coming across as unduly technical. Since then, the car has been operating smoothly, and I haven't felt compelled to do anything more!

Brought my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace in for a steady check engine light. Had to replace the radiator shutter flap and purge valve. They did a great job. I also mentioned to them that this Jag model has a known minor issue with the radio and touch screen. Not sure how, but it has been working even better since they looked at the car.
