My wife's BMW just stopped roadside, had it towed to Desi Auto Care and they were able to diagnose and perform all repairs in a timely manner.

Water pump gave out on my vehicle, they were punctual, diligent and thorough in all aspects of service.

They were a great help when my partner and I found ourselves stuck without a way back home as our car broke after parking. Went to them, got some direction as to what we could do and they took our car in while busy with other appointments they had booked. Were very reasonable and heard me out as they repaired it as soon as they could do (which understandably took three days). Very much appreciated they did manage to fix the car at all, since this situation left us stress and it's currently working fairly well. Thank you again Desi Auto Care.

I brought my Audi in for engine trouble and was impressed by how quickly the team identified the issue, which immediately put my mind at ease. They took the time to explain everything in a clear and honest way, and I never felt like they were trying to push unnecessary repairs or upsell anything.

Earlier this year, my Audi required some repair, so I decided to try Desi Auto Care after hearing they specialize on European vehicles. The personnel was nice and thorough in their inspection of the vehicle. While I was there, I noticed a Land Rover and a MINI being serviced, demonstrating their competence with various types. They finished the work quickly and explained everything that was done before I left.

I was unable to resolve the electrical warning that kept appearing on my Audi. They took the time to trace the problem and provide a clear explanation of what was happening. Since the repair, everything has been operating without any problems.

I took my Mercedes in for routine maintenance, and everything went smoothly. I appreciated that the staff kept me informed and didn't press for anything needless. On the way home, the car felt much better.

Desi Has worked on my car and my wife’s car several times and each time the repairs were timely and done very well. They’re very nice to deal with. Judy the receptionist is especially nice when you call.
