The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the job ended up taking about a day and a half longer than the original estimate because they were waiting on a part. They kept me informed throughout the process, so while the delay was frustrating, I was happy with the quality of the work.

Every few days my Volvo would reset the clock, radio presets, and a few personal settings like it had forgotten everything overnight. There weren’t any warning lights, which made it even stranger. They found a problem with one of the control modules, and everything has stayed exactly the way I left it since.
