Had them repair damage to my suspension and now my BMW is back to its crisp handling self.

I had an unexpected starting issue with my Land Rover and decided to have it inspected rather than risk being stranded again. The team checked the vehicle and determined that the battery was no longer holding up properly. They explained the situation, went over the replacement options, and took care of the installation without making the process complicated. Since getting the new battery, the Land Rover has been starting right away and driving normally. I was happy with how clearly everything was handled and how quickly the problem was resolved.

A warning light kept coming on, so I brought my BMW in. They explained the problem without talking over my head, and their diagnostics were accurate. Feeling informed rather than under pressure was refreshing.

Excellent service and the customer service is top tier!

I brought my Land Rover in because it kept displaying suspension warnings on the dashboard. They performed a complete diagnostic instead of replacing parts based on guesses. The repair solved the issue completely, and I haven't seen the warning come back since.

They have done work on several of my German cars over the years and have always addressed the problem I had. Work is done at a reasonable price far below cost at a dealership. They do have a night drop box and a safebox for getting your keys after hours for more convenience which is very customer friendly as well.
