In morning i had an issue with my Volkswagen starter. Josh checked my car without any charge, could have easily pushed me into getting repair done. He did not try to sell me any job, HONEST! I’ll be back next time if I need any repair.

I had an issue with my Porsche - was shaking when it runs at 35MPH. I was surprised the way Josh diagnosed and fixed the problem. He carefully test-drove my car on White Horse Pike, and when he knew the root causes about the issue, he ask me, if I would like to be in the car while being driven-tested. I was happy the way they cared about the client’s satisfaction.

As soon as AAA dropped my Audi off (it was 3pm) on a Tuesday, Dylan came out to talk to me. He was courteous, and said they would try to look at it that day and definitely get back to me by Wednesday. I signed approval online. On Wed 2pm I get a call from them saying that it was all done. I went to pick it up, paid $176, and drove it back to work. It was all very professional, and simple. I was ready to spend $1k for this repair based on just how bad the Audi looked (the rear left tire was more disconnected from the car and the body was laying towards the ground). I will be coming here if any other issue happens. This mechanics know their stuff.

I was purchasing a 2016 Land Rover and brought it around to get Pre-Purchase Inspection as I'm not technical about Rovers. They did a thorough inspection and found a specific issue the owner mentioned to ME ONLY! Eventfully I purchased this Rover and getting Josh to do the repair which was done timely. Other day he fixed my mirror within 20minutes for free. Good service here.

Lead technician was very helpful in assisting a major issue with my Mercedes transmission , something local dealership was charging me an arm and a leg for. My Benz is back on the rod in tip-top shape and i am not financially broke! Great news! Thanks! Will be back for sure!

On the advice of my family member I took my 2015 Jaguar here to get full brakes replacement done as well as a once over due to it have almost 110k miles on it. Dylan was good to deal with. The brakes were complete at fair rate. As for the once over they recommend a couple things that should be looked at in the next 6 months but nothing that had to be done right away thus saving me money in the short run. I highly recommend Desi Auto.
