A friend recommended Chris, owner of Desi Auto Care for my Mercedes Benz needs. He said he was very knowledgeable and efficient and fees are fare. And my friend was correct. Thanks Desi Auto for keeping my baby running smooth and not taking alllll my money. lol

My husband and I have been getting our cars taken care of at Desi for over a year and we have nothing but great things to say. I have a VW and my husband has a Mercedes in which they have done work on both cars. We love that the team specializes on European cars knowing we are getting the correct service from experts. The customer service is exceptional! They will never let you leave feeling unsatisfied and will work with you to get what you need done and always in great timing too. I was cautious when my BMW would randomly shut off on me while driving. Local dealer said my engine had too much carbon build-up and costing me $600 to clean up the engine. I paid. After few days again shuts off. When I go back to complaint. the same dealer says now I need to replace my turbo for $2,700!! My X5 is a diesel engine, Chris was the technician to get to the root cause of the issue that my BMW's key was not communicating with the car because my battery was dying. It was easy fix that only required me to start using my extra key! He even showed me how to replace key battery. I'm thankful for his diagnosis, that fixed my issue permanently.

After one of my cylinders blew and my Land Rover began to shake, I knew I needed to visit Land Rover specialist, luckily i found Desi Auto Care and - God - I think I found my new Rover repair shop! Dylan (Front desk) was really helpful and was able to accommodate me quickly and next day, I was back on the road driving and my vehicle has never been better! I was worried about cost, but the parts & labor were fair. My wallet and me are very happy! Will be back for sure.

Mystery resolved! Brought my 2016 BMW Z4 in for maintenance and some other repairs. Asked Chris them to find a mysterious buzzing noise on dash board it only happens between 40 and 50 mph. I figured maybe a faulty wiring or the damage cable, and drove it and traced the noise to a loose seal strip around the BMW. Good to trust veteran BMW experts like these who have seen (and repaired) it all before.

Dealing with My *17 Porsche Panamera is my LEAST favorite thing to do. Desi Auto Care has changed that for me and has a good experience dealing with them, My warranty has expired so I brought my car to DESI for brakes bcoz my Porsche was "yelling" at me with the warning light that said my brakes need to pay attention right NOW! I was ready to spend money because the brakes has not been replaced since I purchased my car, so it was a time to service. Sam called me the next afternoon that my brakes are very fine and that it was a sensors that needed to be replaced. They clear the fault code. He said when I bring it back next time for oil change service, we'll check sensors again. I swear that would never happen at dealership Service was courteous, property is clean and job is well done timely. Desi Auto Care is the shop where I know I'II be well taken care of by trustworthy Porsche technicians.
