BMW E46 M3 this is 4th time in 2 years took my car to them. Mr. Sam response my emails very quick.

Tip#1: You have to get an appointment before coming in as this shop is always extremely busy!!.... Tip#2: Check their website first, their coupon is better than any other BMW repair shop or dealership!!!....Tip#3 Two years warranty on every repair they do!!!...

Sean the auto mechanic was extremely helpful! Went to Desi seeking an honest opinion whether to fix my car or not. Sean treated me like family, he was totally upfront and honest and advised me with his short and long term prognosis. His honestly and integrity was unparalleled A+

The brake warning lights showing up on my dashboard, Sean said the bad brake pump could be the reason. I called the Mercedes dealership because Sean thought it may still be under warranty. Well, after paying the dealer $247 just to diagnose the issue, they wanted an additional $2640 to fix it! Brought my car back to Sean who repaired it in 3.5 hr for just over $800. How nice is that?

When I met Andrew in person for my appointment in the evening he was very humble and succinct. He answered all of the questions and concerns I had about my Mini Cooper and agreed to repair on it. Next day 4pm I was notified by Katelyn that my MINI was ready for pickup. Great business operation.

My old car had a minor headlight problem with a repair that Desi Auto did last week. Brought the car back and they- -without hesitation - - squeezed me in and rectified it at no charge and he felt so sorry, apologized to me three times. A mistake happens; cheerful mechanics highly enough. I give my 5+ stars.
