Desi Auto Care has performed many jobs done on my Audi A4 including a full engine replacement. It's rare to find Audi technician with his depth of experience, even at a Audi dealership. Josh always takes time to explain all repair job to me, regardless of the complexity and provides all of my options in depth and prices are unbeatable. Desi Auto Care is simply the best auto repair shop I've ever worked with.

Josh at Desi Auto Care provides professional job. Audi's electric power steering died as we arrive in Walmart parking lot. We called Desi at 6:15pm...They volunteered to stay late evening, gave us with contact info. Next day by noon my Audi was fixed. The car has been working great since!! Josh, many thank you...!! You turned what could possibly have been a nightmare, into a pleasant experience!

I took my car for an O2 sensor replacement since it was not coming off of the exhaust. Professional job and it was on time. To be noted - it was my 1st time there. Josh scanned the car for fault codes and explained me what was the last. I generally do small repairs myself, but in future if I can't do jobs myself, I will take my car to Desi Auto Care.

I have taken my 2015 AudiQ7 here a twice for maintenance. so far, they replaced the motor mounts, oil pan gasket, clutch and flywheel, and spring/shocks. Generally, I do small-repairs on Audi in my garage, but I will gladly pay for the convenience of not working on difficult jobs like those listed here. Thank you, Sam and Staff.

The best part is that Manager-Josh will walk you through what exactly the problem is with your BMW and is completely transparent with his prices and how to properly correct it. My car is currently at the shop for a coils-plugs replacement and he was able to show me exactly what a falling coils-plugs. I've made DESI my shop-to-go from here on out for any issues that I may run into with my car.

At Desi Auto Care they warranty their work and that's the best customer service you could expect! I kept getting the "overheat" condition on my 2011 BMW 335i xdrive and Josh thoroughly diagnosed multiple component failures, replaced the errant parts and remedied my dilemma. Big "thumbs up" to this shop!

Highly recommend desi-auto-care. This mechanics went above and beyond to get my Land Rover DISCO just right. Knowledgeable crew that was more than happy to meet my repair needs! I'm completely satisfied with the results of steering vibration issue.

Just had my oil change and brakes done. Took us in last moment, we waited in the office and enjoyed some free refreshments! Provided 2 missing bolts and completed all requests. We’ll return for future services.

As a granddaughter of reputed mechanic shop owner, I always get free auto repairs. But after moving to this area it was hard to find good BMW repair shop.i found this shop through BimmerShops.com also I searched Google etc and Desi Auto Care had perfect ratings. I'm more than impress with this place and I love to support local businesses. After dropping my BMW 328i for AC and emission problems, Rachael called me with estimate. To my surprise it was VERY REASONABLE. My car fixed same day. All women should go to this shop bcoz they will not treat you like an idiot or add extras that we do not need. at the end owner gave me gift-envelop filled with amazing exotic candies and free car wash coupon. Now I'm confused, what do I love more? Candies or Shop? I guess both.

After searching around for a mechanic that knows what they are doing and able to be honest about it I finally landed at Desi Auto and I'm thankful I did. My issue was undetected by a previous "3rd party" shop and Audi in Cherry Hill. Once Josh and the team got a hold of the car, they delligently dissected the problem and went about fixing it within not only a reasonable price but time as well. Going forward they've earned a return customer in the future if I so ever happen to be unfortunate and need a mechanic again. I can relax knowing my daughter and wife will have no car issues now that the "ghost" have been busted in this vehicle by the team at Desi. No problem too big or small for them.
