Our second visit here.... Had an emergency situation with our new 'used' 2013 Audi S6 that I had recently bought.... leaking oil onto the exhaust and running away to hot.... Lots of $$$ saved.... professional auto service.... Honest and all with a smile. Love that 'I can do' attitude!! Big Thanks.

It's tough to find an honest mechanic, especially a single female! Going through mechanics who have tried to upsell unnecessary repairs and overcharging. Shawn is very thorough and detailed, and fast! He's going to tell you like it is, and be honest about the repair that needs to be done. He is definitely a "for the customer" mechanic with a humble personality and I'll definitely be bringing my Mercedes for all repair needs in the future!

My Benz steering wheel was hard to turn. Soon as part came in they fixed it next day! As a mechanic/manager he is very personable, has passion for Mercedes brand, he keep cost down. My car is bow running smooth! Of course we hope not to have to see Sam because that means a broken Benz, but at least I have peace of mind knowing I have a great repair shop to take my car to that have a quality service and that won't run the prices up!

A massive 'Thanks' to Sean and two other mechanics. They very essence of high caliber professionals, My 2012 BMW 650i has been given a new lease of life after being seriously neglected by the previous owner. My BMW required open-heart surgery, and when i got it back, it felt like I was driving a new car: Seriously torqued and sounding like it was meant to be! - - smooth! Everything I asked for whether it was to put my new license plates on, to check light fixtures in hard to reach places, or get tips and information on how to look after the BMW - was done without any hesitation.

Brought my Jaguar S-Type in for a timing belt and water pump replacement. While, Sam texted me updates, pictures, and pointed out what could be fixed. Was an awesome, honest experience. I highly recommend and will be referring family/friends to Desi Auto Care

I was there for all of 15 minutes everyone is very nice. I decided to schedule a brake appointment for the next weekend.

BMW E46 M3 this is 4th time in 2 years took my car to them. Mr. Sam response my emails very quick.
