Came in for a head gasket replacement for my BMW 325i. Final price was significantly lower than the estimate, also he did extra labor and additional seals replaced. Good folks!

I have used Desi Auto Care 4 times since 2018 for services and I realized that I was lazy to write a review about the great job Josh has done. My car has many issues, some major and some minor (value cover and shocks, housing gaskets, eccentric shaft sensor, struts). Work the mechanic did was fast and perfect, and for reasonable prices. Since then, Josh always finds the root of cause and fixes it correctly. He can bring you into the workshop to show you what the issue is and what he is doing to fix it.

My car was acting up; it felt like the car dying. I searched on Google and found Desi Auto Care. On my way to shop my car took a dump on me. I had it towed into the shop (glad I just renew my AAA membership). After my arrival I explained how I felt my car dying (losing power), so he investigates and found out my fuel pump went out. Josh told me it's not common but it does happen. He orders the fuel pump, he asked me to pick up on Mon. In general, I had a nice experience. Repair came with warranty. Prices are much better than dealer for sure.

I highly recommend Desi for all your Porsche (mine is Boxster) needs. I even verbalize this recommendation when seeing/meeting other Boxster owners. Family-owned, local, honest, downright polite and always provides quality service with fair pricing.

I missed an important job-meeting when my '17 Porsche wouldn't start in morning, it was a super-hot day and I really wanted my car asap. Receptionist gave me an ice cold pepsi...thanks for taking such great care of a new customer who had been having a bad day until I got to meet you. I recommend them unconditionally!!

They kept me posted as to major repair progress and my'13 BMW 650i was ready when they said it would be.

Came on late Wed evening after towed here; dead fuel pump. they start my Benz GLE350 first thing in the morning. Repairs were completed Thu 4pm as originally estimated, we got back on the highway by 4:30pm. Charges was reasonable for original parts/labor; they also gave me a fuel filter at cost (no charge!) since the original had to be removed for the repair. Make sure to eat at "Carmen's Deli-Bakery" next to Desi if you're waiting awhile. Friendly mechanics made sure I wasn't stranded in Jersey without a car to get around in.

Corresponding with GEICO insurance adjuster favorably, recommending me to great solution for my Bimmer 754Li. Sam's crew did a perfect job replacing my side mirror after a road rage incident, so let me highly recommend this outfit. Highest integrity and very well responsiveness, personal email and so on......

Stop by with an emergency. Fuel pump on my car tapped out on the highway. Josh done derailed diagnostic on a busy Saturday and Sam charged me low cost and even stayed until late to get me back on the road in good car condition, simply be-cause he knew I would be stranded otherwise. I recommend highly.

I do some of my own repairs with the limitations of transmission and when I was repairing my car and after replacing the abs module the warning sign on the dashboard stays ON. Online I found Desi Auto Care, pulled up into when I met mechanic Joshua and he said he would delete my brake and abs light code shortly with his programming tools. While I was waiting, I saw how much these mechanics know their things and how powerful their equipment is in diagnosing Bimmers. His diagnosis was spot on. Plug in the reader into diagnosis port, all the monitors it was showing and he went on to delete the module code. I’m impressed and happy with the attention was provided and their confident. If I need next service this would be the shop. I’m recommending to everyone with a BMW knowing how special these vehicles could be, go to someone who specializes in the field = Desi Auto Care!
