We rolled into Desi Auto Care first thing at 8 am, we're a new customer without an appointment, our car felt like it was misfiring. Fortunately, the master mechanic was accommodating and had one cancellation, so he took us in 8:30 am. The issue was diagnosed, job was completed in no time at all, and correct pricing. Josh showed us all the parts which were replaced (plugs and coil). Of course! We'll come back. This is a BMW; it's going to break eventually? (may be, may be not) and this is our latest spot.

I had my thrust arm bushings go bad on my car and the dealer claimed that even though I would need to replace parts that are covered under warranty, the bushing were not. So they wanted me to pay two thousand dollars for some bushings and control arms. Sam came in at almost 1/2 the price with the original parts. I would definitely recommend giving him a call first.

Started morning with the service engine light on and needed some other repairs. I end up calling Desi and he was good to explain details to me. He asked me to drive the car over so he can perform diagnostics and search out what is really going on. Helped me pass inspection and replaced thermostat, replaced a belt and a LIQUID MOLY oil change. Mechanics with integrity. I'm satisfied with their job and will not just be a returning customer, but also posted about them on a BMW forum which has 6000 members.

After my BMW check light was on, and the factory warranty expired already, I was looking for a local shop which has technology and experience for my M3. Glad that I found Desi on Google page. Josh was patient to explain me what kind of services I should have done base on my 78k mileage. I'm glad and satisfied with repair service. It feels I finally found a good vet for my pet. This shop is my BMW Hospital from now onward.

They found a cracked air filter compartment was allowing intake air to bypass filter. Josh called me describing issues and I authorized the repairs. My MINI COOPER was done by 4pm the next day.

I was here to find why I got CHECK ENGINE error. Sam, accommodated me same day, they found the error, bought an original parts needed and repaired it. Only charged me for a fair price. Any issue with my 9 year old MINI Cooper, they're my mechanics. He (and his team) gets the job done without ripping you off. Very transparent. Keep up the good work Desi Auto guys.

I've found Josh to be very honest and fair priced (especially given it's a European vehicle repair shop). I have a good knowledge about my Mercedes Benz repair and Desi Auto care have always been spot on. They're real deal European car specialist, so take that in to consideration when you try to comparing them versus another typical corner garages.

I tried to many shops around to see if mechanic would try to do the wiring but they all rejected the job. After no hope, I came across Desi Auto care and Josh told me he would do wiring without hesitation. One hour later (waiting in their waiting room full with snacks &sodas&coffee) repair was completed. If management care that much about their clients, that says a how much they care about my BMW E46 they worked on. Also, must mention it didn't cost an arm and a leg to get this electrical issue resolved.
