Our Land Rover -- Evoque was misdiagnosed by another shop when there was a fuel leak. This misdiagnosed led me to frustrating and expensive situations. Mechanic Andrew was able to diagnose the issue within 45 mins. our overall experience was great! I strongly recommend for your auto needs.

Before the Florida travel starts needed air conditioning repair, 100% excpecting compressor replacement. Rather than being a 'part changer' kind of shop, Andrew spent the time to properly diagnose and smoke test the system he replaced a Scrader Valve that started leaking and help me save $$$ I appreciate and definitely going back!

As a dedicated German car owner with an Audi and a Mercedes, I am very happy with Desi. They were able to fix the alignment on our Audi Allroad when other shops were not successful - although it involved changing the engine cradle position 6 times before finally getting it perfect, and they didn't even charge extra for all the additional time spent. Sean (the manager) is always upfront about what the car might need and the associated costs. The only downside to this shop is, they're so good that they have too many customers!! The lot is always jammed :)

Myself I replaced the rotors, wheel bearings, and pads of my Audi Q5. After putting back together I somehow blew the master cylinder. Not knowing this at the time the driving turned up a very spongy pedal. Unwilling to bleed the system I realized I needed to just take it into an Audi shop. My go-to place has been Monroe Muffler. But they do not work on Audi's. They suggested Desi Auto Care. The mechanics behind the repair bays very well educated about cars and the shop, which was very impressive to me. Good pricing, Good service.

I got diagnostics done, and I was explained what it meant-- NO sugar coating and NO asking for more services to be done to my SUBARU unless absolutely needed. I will definitely take my car here again!! Shawn took so good care of my car and provided 2yrs/24k miles warranty including parts & labor. Wow!

He is super knowledgeable about European vehicles. He has a really genuine mentality that customer love. Andrew takes time to explain what's needed and why, the pricing is super reasonable and he just makes you feel like an old friend. I've brought my Land Rover Discovery in a handful of times for routine maintenance + major repairs, and went the Tuesday because my oil light was on. He filled my oil, replaced the battery in my key, and told me I needed an oil change in the next month and sent me on my way, and NO charge! But that was just over the top nice I had to write a review.
