Didn't plan on my service-B or flex-B at Desi Auto Care, but luckily I saw this shop searching Google. I feel so fortunate to have found Shawn. First time meeting him, I could see he is a hard worker, but make time for my '17 Mercedes needs in simple language. I hope to become a long term customer. He let me use my own oil because I was used to other shops that didn't use quality oil, but I was relieved to learn that Shawn always use the premium Mercedes Benz oil. It was a great experience.

The problems were corrected in a expoditious fashion. I would recommend for car care. Thanks 😊

I have to thanks to Sam and his team for doing a great job on my Land Rover. I purchased it from an independent European dealer in Philadelphia instead of a Land Rover dealer. After six weeks, I found that there were a lot of discrepancies between the "service" that was done at that independent dealership and what was stated on Carfax. I brought my Vehicle to Desi and not only in my LR running better than when I first purchased it, all the settings are set correctly. The service is great and fast and they will be my mechanics as long as we live in the area!

Car needed a lot of work, Sean was very honest in his estimate and I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the final price.

I was price shopping quotes for replacing my A-6 AUDI's thermostat. Emily gave me the lowest!!! The service was surprised, great-friendly, easy and fast! I got my car back on the same day and the new thermostat is so far so good. Their garage and parking lot is always packed. They seemed busy so I am really grateful they got it done so quickly !

After being quoted $9,240 for a repair at Mercedes Benz-Phila, i went to Desi Auto Care on a referral from my doctor friend. Sam completed my repairs for just over $1,600. What a difference!! When I have had expensive repairs, the technician went over what absolutely needed to be done VS what could wait a short time. I will not trust anyone else to work on my Benz & Lexus.

Went to get my Oil Change, Filter Replaced plus Alignment for my Jaguar F-Type S Convertible. Shawn was awesome! I paid way less then what I've been normally charged at Jaguar dealership. After a week when I was going to airport, all of a sudden my window doesn't want to roll up. So I went to Shawn and he fixed it for FREE!! I noticed my Coolant light was showing and he fixed the problem without an issue (Something that dealership had supposedly fixed). The pick-up and drop-off service was awesome too.

I'm so very thankful to have found (Desi) BMW-Technicians that actually truly take care of their customers. I had similar mechanics when I lived in Texas and thought I would not find the same customer service for my Bimmer, but I did. Yippie!!! Reasonably priced and tell me upfront what they are doing before proceeding. 2 yrs warranty on all jobs!!

I have an older car and called to ask about your services, they were fully explained to me, I made an appointment you called with the solution and price I agreed. Picked up my car it ran GREAT and has been since. You gained a life long customer.. Thank You
