Rough idling when cold starting my X6. My friend recommended this shop he found in BMW forum. It was mentioned they perform Walnut Blasting. This is what my BMW really needed. I spoke with Chris and told me the quote on the phone and took my car for Mon appointment. The results were on point. He took images of the before & after cleaning of the intake valves. I'm pleased with the service.

I own a 2008 Jaguar V8 and I'm very selective who I have service on my S-Type. He treated my car as his own and kept it spotless! I'm writing this review because Desi Auto Care deserves it. He sent me pictures of new original parts that were replaced and the old parts removed. He went above and beyond to get me full payment from my warranty company.

I discovered Desi Auto Care after friend's suggestion! I've been having my Jaguar XJ8 serviced here for 2 1/2 yrs Their prices are fair and they provide a 2 yrs warranty. Diana always patiently answers via phone/in person. Bonus point , there is a clean waiting room with comfy seats, great coffee, lots of snacks-soda, and their location is visible on Rt. 30.

I have had two vehicles serviced by Chris recently and each job was outstanding. I had fuel pump replaced on my Volkswagen and he recommended a belt replacement (he showed me belt was frayed) On my MINI Cooper-S, he replaced all brake rotors/pads and rear shocks. In the process, he shows me that rear wheel bearing/hub assembly was binding and needed to be replaced as well. I'm glad he did because that would be big problem if happened while driving. Chris forthcoming, keeping the old parts to show me where the issue is.

Desi serviced my Audi and blown it out of the park. Latest service included replacing all four of brake pads & rotors and they had all the parts same day. They were very open about the price and finished the job in about HALF the time it would have taken at other shop. I would highly recommend to visit them with ANY issue you have on your German cars.

(SAAB 9-4x) I went into Desi Auto Care for my issue (clunky suspension in the front end, loose compression rod ball joint nuts). All my parts were installed perfectly. I was treated friendly. No complaints. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I received an error sign shortly after I left the shop. Contacted Chris and was told to bring it back right away. He came out from office and started looking at the problem immediately. It turns out a sensor was misaligned. He got that correctly in 2 minutes and off I went. No hassles or questions. My Jaguar XJ have been rock solid ever since.

Gave me solid advise on the Audi A4 Avant in general, all with an understanding of what my situation is regarding excessive oil use issues of this exact model. It felt I was consulting a friend, not a businessman. He could have made more bucks, but instead offered what was best for me. He spent enough time and listened!!

I was searching for a technician to work on my Porsche. I purchased it as an investment and try not to just use any mechanic. I found Desi Auto Care on Google and took my vehicle to them. They did a great job in the car runs great! I definitely recommend.

The manager Chris was professional and easy to deal with. He didn't try to up-sell me or make me feel pressured any way. He gave me facts, my options and agreed with my decisions. Showed me all parts and explained my Porsche MACAN repair. Good job! I've already booked mh next appointment. Can't recommend this shop enough, this is what all shops should strive to be.
