I took my Volvo S60 to Desi Auto Care for the first time. I am impressed with the service. The desk attendant was courteous. Upfront, he explained the prices for diagnostic. A day later, they diagnosed the reason my car was running poorly and quoted the prices to fix several problems uncovered. I like this level of professionalism same as you would expect from a good dealership. I will not hesitate to go back to Desi Auto care.

Truly an amazing experience dealing with everyone at Desi after dealing with some other shady places. Communication is key and Dylan was phenomenal when it came to that. I have a Range Rover so everything is pricey, looking at it cost money so I was so happy I found Desi because they are not greedy and take the time to educate you every step of the way. Truly satisfied with their service. Now they’re stuck with me because I refuse to go else where lol!

I wanted a second opinion about a 'front thrust rod bushings' repair work which another mechanic suggested to do. Desi's manager/mechanic took a look and told me that the repair is not necessary and showed me the real issue. The main issue was due to uneven wear of the tired and alignment. Thanks for expert opinion.

Great, shop I took my 2015 Audi S3 need one strut replace. I pay to replace both sides for half the price of what the dealer wanted to charge me. And the struts was oem parts.

They offer online appointment. Took my Land Rover here for first time, it was an issue with check engine light. Service was reasonable cost and no hidden charges. Josh follows up with me to make sure expectations were met. I'm telling all my families about him.!!
