I was frantic because my vehicle had failed inspection Saturday and I was referred by my cousin. Chris had me bring the vehicle right away which was Monday and I had my car back on the road the next day. Went through inspection first thing yesterday and am happy to report I passed with no issue. Desi Auto Care has done my timing chain job and a few other repairs along with regular maintenance and everything is gone smooth and timely. It was very helpful when Sam volunteered and took care of the aftermarket warrantee approval and billing. They took excellent care of my car. I highly recommend.

I had my Jaguar XE towed in there, convinced it was the starter due to the AAA driver and lack of it not jumping. Turns out I just needed a new battery. Desi Auto Care could have easily replaced it and bill me. Huge praise to Desi for some refreshing honestly in a repair shop that is normally anything but. Took my porsche Panamera to have a maintenance service and overall inspection. A few minor things were identified but the kicker was, he told me that my brake pads had more life left than the onboard service indicator shows so it was reset. Saved me potentially hundreds in unnecessary job. Professional and sensibly priced service center.

He took care of a very elusive issue with my vehicle. It really was worth it to drive across rive for a great mechanic. He knows his things and took the time to explain to me what he found. This shop technician-Chris is attentive, and thorough. My BMW had a squeaking noise from the engine that the dealer (I visited 3 times for same issue) couldn't fix on multiple attempts, but this smart guy Chris figured it out and fixed it to my satisfaction. I recently took my 2010 Mercedes Benz C300 to Desi auto care for what I thought was a brake issue. After further inspection by Chris, he found that part of my frame had broken due to rot. He corrected the problem, did a great job!! I will not only keep bringing my Mercedes to Desi, but I will also be bringing my wife’s BMW for any further service.
