Desi Auto Care was total opposite. Timely and kept me informed. the best is they are transparent! Andrew told me- I didn't need a special-order parts. He discovered it was not connected properly. He completed maintenance and repairs within 5 hours (not days) and sent me home on time.

These technicians know their high-end imports I asked two euro shops to do a brake job (on a Maserati Ghibli Q4 with a more-complex-than-average brake system) and none had the right scanner, or knowledge about the brake work. Good technicians! Took my Volkswagen Jetta in thinking it was a transmission issue. but ended up just being a had battery. They don't try to take advantage of the clients. Goes a long way!
