Took MINI Clubman to drop off late Mon night and met Kris & mechanics 8pm still on job at the shop. Very impressive. Office, shop and restroom are the cleanest I have ever seen. Desi Auto Care offered fast/excellent/honest service. My porsche 718 Cayman cylinders misfiring and ignition coils cracks was fixed for 1/4th of the price another shop was offering. one special word- BIG THANK YOU!

Desi's team has been servicing my land Rover Evoque since I moved in South Jersey. From sensors to fuel leak, they job done well first time and for a good price! last week had other Rover shop told me that my rack and pinion was busted. I wasn't sure about this as I had no sign of such issue.( Desi Auto Care checked it out and said it had a very small leak, but it was just fine)

Went here friday because my water pump failure. Sam was able to get a new pump in my car within one hour. They even sent a tow service to pick up my BMW FROM NJ Turnpike. I was impressed by DESI and would definitely recommend them.

They expertise in BMW for sure. Provides educated repair that you rely on. Kris always shoots me straight and Diana provide appointments. Also, their prices are competitive and with the same or, sometimes superior, material/parts. I recommend, especially when dealing with complicated repairs. Service is explained in detail and you drive off the parking lot with a peace of mind.

Brought my car for the battery installation and programming and Andrew turned the car around as I waited in office. Andrew also cleared out two fault codes he found in diagnostic machine and provided full inspection. I'm planning to come back when ready for 140k maintenance. Desi Auto Care also works with companies that provide extended warranties for BMWs.

These technicians know their high-end imports I asked two euro shops to do a brake job (on a Maserati Ghibli Q4 with a more-complex-than-average brake system) and none had the right scanner, or knowledge about the brake work. Kris got it done same day. He definitely knows a way more about luxury high performance imports. Honest efficient and did a great job.
