He is very reasonable shop manager I've ever met. His honest assessment of what you need done on your BMW to make it safe for you to drive your family!

My Audi A4 has decreased power and check engine light issue with very rough idle in the morning. Chris removed the intake manifold and detail clean the intake ports, valves and other necessary things. He called me at 5pm, when I picked it up, not only did I have check engine light issue resolved but tire pressure had been checked, all fluids filled and replaced the car fob battery. Thank you for a great 1st experience!

Desi Auto Care helped me out when my SAAB 9-3 took a dump ( harash gears and slippage) on me on Rt 70 E without hesitation or delay. They got me in and Sam handled business for me in a timely manner, and did quality service. I will sure be returning in the near future for service if needed...!

I took my Bimmer M3 desi auto care. I learn some stuff about my car that not even the dealership could help me with and Chris also accepts my warranty for my car that was great as well. So I decided to use Desi to service my car instead of the dealership. The spark plugs, coils and valve were replaced. I will be advising friends to go here as well that need great pricing and good customer service.

I was driving down Rt 73 when my check engine light pop-up . Then, my BMW wouldn't drive over 25MPH. I pulled into 3 auto shops but they had wait times (2-5 days). I was praying my car wouldn't completely (I'm mad now!) So I finally reach Desi Auto Care (my 4th stop) and request for emergency help. Katelyn told me that they're specialized on Bimmers and they'd take a look at it. So, Andrew did a diagnostic test and it ended up being a computer glitch. He did a restart-reset to the car's computer. And kaboom! 40 minutes later, I was back on the road.

The young lady at the front desk is one of the nicest people. The owner / manager is very blunt, he will tell you what is wrong and give you a good idea what it will cost. He is short with words and very direct. I personally like that. If your sensitive just be prepaired. I have used Desi three time and will probably never go anywhere else.

This shop technician-Chris is attentive, and thorough. My BMW had a squeaking noise from the engine that the dealer (I visited 3 times for same issue) couldn't fix on multiple attempts, but this smart guy Chris figured it out and fixed it to my satisfaction. This was my first experience here and it was all positive.

I came to Desi Auto after having a few frustrating visits to the Jaguar dealership. I've been having issues with my engine and the dealers asking for too much money to fix the problem, telling me that my vacuum pump needed to be replaced as well as the hoses leading to it and many other stuff... I choose to get 2nd opinion and I eventually found Desi Auto Care. At the end of my job, the total came out to nearly 60% of the cost the dealership quoted me. My XF drives smoothly now and I currently have no problem with it. I'm happy with service. They have found a new client and I would never go back to dealership ever again!
