Stratford Auto Repair

My headlight bulb went out while I was on the interstate stopping for a break. I was from out of town, and it was getting dark. They were happy to replace my bulb same day (w/in 2 hours), which prevented me from getting a ticket.

I recently brought my Porsche to Desi Auto Care for regular service. They did an excellent job of explaining everything. Prices were competitive, and the work was completed on schedule.

I brought my BMW in for a brake issue, and the staff at Desi Auto Care was fantastic!

They recently rebuilt my alternator, and it was done quickly and correctly the first time. Their knowledge of European cars is impressive.

I was in the area for the holidays when I noticed a noise from my back breaks. I took my car to Desi Auto Care. I dropped off my car and repairs were complete within a day, I went to pick it up and noticed a burnt headlight still needed to be replaced. They did it right away for me, which was awesome especially considering it was about their closing time!

I had the timing chain on my car replaced at Desi Auto Care and they did an excellent job. They did a quick diagnosis and identified the issue, took action to work on it immediately, explained to me the repair process and completed it on time. Thanks!

If you've got a Mini, just take it here. Are you going to pay, because it's a European car? Yes, but they know their stuff and get it done in a timely manner. The prices seem fair enough and any job I can't or don't want to do, I'll end up taking it back here.

Prompt service, great feedback throughout the diagnose and repair, very professional and knowledgeable, the best experience I have ever had with a car repair specialist

I was concerned about the strange noises emanating from my Mini Cooper. Desi Auto Care diagnosed it as a loose part and fixed it in less than an hour!
