Chris gave me sound advice over the phone call which saved me from paying charges to have another shop to look at my SUV (BMW xDrive50i) who wasn't been able to do my transmission work I ended up needing. He took my car in, found the very cost effective options for me (even though a new transmission replacement was a big job), and they got the work completed. Also, he encouraged me to bring my BMW back over after few weeks to ensure the full-job was holding up well. I highly recommend if you need any kind transmission work.

Provided good customer service, changed my valve cover gasket here when another shop refused to do my car because its “too modified.” This is definitely going to be my shop now.

My Land Rover Discovery has operating conditions such as stalling, engine misfire, and rough running…all was cured by him. Andrew is a straight up gentlemen with very competitive pricing, compared to dealerships. This shop has a family feel, and tells you exactly what he will repair and recommend what you (Really) need. I was referred by my buddy Sean, and he has a Range Rover. So if you want to fix up your Range Rover’s go to Desi Auto Care.

Since 6 years I’ve gotten many oil changes and brakes changed and major/minor (including my Volkswagen Engine replacement) repairs there. They’re, knowledgeable, and are fair guys. They definitely do not try to charge an arm and leg especially knowing it’s a German car. I very highly recommend them!

I found Desi Auto Care through my uncle’s recommendation. I’m lucky I did! I visited for an oil change & brake check at a Mavis tire shop and was given a laundry list of repair services they said I must get. I was little skeptical that I needed to EVERYTHING done on that list, so I decided to take my Land Rover LR3 to desi and have them check my brakes and laundry list etc… The manager was helpful which is main thing for me when dealing with auto repair business. He confirmed couple items on the list I do need, but said the others were definitely not repairs I needed to get it done now. When technician had my Rover up on the lift, the manager brought me inside the shop so that mechanic can explain what the issues was, but show me-point them out. They fixed what I (REALLY) needed + cost effective. I will definitely be going to them for any repair or oil changes.

I came in on a Friday almost closing time 6pm and Desi Auto Care guys still took care of my Porsche oil change to make sure my Cayman was ready for the weekend travel from Cherry Hill to Canada. 5 stars for above average service thank you.

Great service

The team was very courteous, personally responded to me and refunded my credit card. That showed integrity. Well done indeed! The team seems quite knowledgeable. I changed my rating to reflect the positive experience. I read a lot of positive reviews. Without due diligence, I drove my 911 convertible to this shop, 40 miles away. To be fair, they did inform me that they did not work on convertibles, but they would take a look at it for me. The setup seemed to be slow paced with mechanics taking their own time. They took 20+ minutes to get to my vehicle and probably wrapped up what they called 'diag' in less than 15. They charged me $150 for 'diag', looked at the hydraulic fluid level and said the level was fine and that there was nothing much they could do about it. They do not work on convertibles :-), remember? $150 for 15 minutes, apparently $150/hour of technician's time is what they charged me for. I asked them for a written diag or some form of print out for which they said, nope, nothing to report here. Did they pull a fast one on me? Not sure, but I would be very careful here. Definitely a shop to avoid if you have a convertible and not worth visiting in my opinion.
