I was on a New Jersey trip, pulled into my hotel building to check in at the front desk, and when I went back out to move my Porsche Boxster into the parking structure I pushed my starting button and…nothing happening. This was on a Thursday at 9pm. The next early morning I called Desi Auto Care, told them what the issue is, and Andrew said if I could bring my Porsche to them by 12pm they could get it repaired. Sure enough, they had me up and running again by 5pm. I would have had to tow my vehicle 55 miles back home on Friday if they hadn’t done such a professional work. He saved me time and money while giving best service and I was able to continue handling my business.

The other day I turned my MINI roadster to find that is was making a terrible noise I drove directly to desi auto care because I felt I should take it seriously. Andrews trained ear was able to discern that it sounded like water pump was about to get my Mini fixed on Friday. The price was reasonable he quoted for the parts and labor which included a warranty

I just picked up my SUV Q5 and I happy with “failed explanation of repair” This is my 3rd time visit. The shop provides quality job and is a relatively local but their service and pricing are superb. I cannot imagine taking my audi anywhere else. Thank you again for accommodating my emergency request.

I recently purchased my ‘14 Volkswagen Jetta and needed Transmission service completed. It’s a engine/exhaust so it required special attention. After calling two repair shops in this area, they were fairly priced and got the job done timely. On top of that, Drew was friendly which makes it more better experience for me

We had issues with our Land Rover LR4. Our battery wouldn't jumpstart the SUV anymore and had run out of juice. We took it back to the dealers in Cherry hill and they could not help bcoz it was not covered under our warranty even though it was a defective battery. So, we called Desi Auto Care and the manager was really helpful with giving us advice on how to handle the situation. With the LR4, when you get a new battery, you have to program it to the vehicle. Manager was able to do this at a low price..compared to Land Rover dealer which will charge us hundreds to re-program a Rover in minutes.

My battery died on my volkswagen and i was less than 3 mile away from the local dealer location(I will not name). Dealer first told me that there was nothing they can do and suggest i call roadside assistance (oh! I don't think of that). When i asked new battery price, they said around $500+tax. I said “NO-Thank you”. I called Desi Auto Care and Drew quoted me half the price of the dealership and says that he can install today. Drew explained how to jump start my volkswagen since the battery was in tight space and there was a jump terminal under the hood (I didn’t know about it). I was in and out timely and satisfied with the service.

My friend recommended desi auto for my Volvo and after a very careful analysis he found and fixed all my Volvo's aliments. I was impressed with their service. Chris is a pleasure to deal with. Also one of my tire pressure sensors was acting weird and he helped with simple inexpensive fix instead of replacing a brand new sensor. Something he did not have to do but he did it because he genuinely likes to help out his clients. I will be happy to tell the world about him, he it the best and we will be back!

This is my overdue review these mechanic crew were able to help me with the transmission problem on my Acura. It was a gear shifting problem and these crew found it. They also helped me deal with my warranty company to approve the parts needed to fix the problem. I'm driving the car for almost 3000 miles now and it's been great ever since.

Thought i must have a bad Giubo in my BMW, Andrew found that it was a motor mount that snapped and fixed the issue at an even cheaper cost than originally quoted for Giubo. If you considering serving a Euro car at a local mechanic, this should be your first option!

A gentle man named Andrew greeted me and took the information about my BMW530i issues and share the information about how he will handle the entire process. They found oil leak near rare of valve cover on to the exhaust manifold, also found the gasket was broken. With my signed approval job was done on time.
