The team was very courteous, personally responded to me and refunded my credit card. That showed integrity. Well done indeed! The team seems quite knowledgeable. I changed my rating to reflect the positive experience. I read a lot of positive reviews. Without due diligence, I drove my 911 convertible to this shop, 40 miles away. To be fair, they did inform me that they did not work on convertibles, but they would take a look at it for me. The setup seemed to be slow paced with mechanics taking their own time. They took 20+ minutes to get to my vehicle and probably wrapped up what they called 'diag' in less than 15. They charged me $150 for 'diag', looked at the hydraulic fluid level and said the level was fine and that there was nothing much they could do about it. They do not work on convertibles :-), remember? $150 for 15 minutes, apparently $150/hour of technician's time is what they charged me for. I asked them for a written diag or some form of print out for which they said, nope, nothing to report here. Did they pull a fast one on me? Not sure, but I would be very careful here. Definitely a shop to avoid if you have a convertible and not worth visiting in my opinion.

Oh well! So I has an ongoing intermittent stalling on my ‘18 Land Rover HSE Sport. This issue with my SUV (although serious to me) would not trigger the check engine light which makes the vehicle almost impossible to evaluate. After trying the repair at local dealer try to figure out what was wrong with my LR. I found Desi Auto Care in Google. It was the last-ditch effort to get my LR running properly. This is what happened… Dropped the LR off for a valuation 8am. By 1pm I received a phone call from Andrew. He says I’ve seen this before and I guarantee I know what it is. $265 later I picked up the LR and after one week of driving the issue is gone. Just a side note: My dealership estimate was $5500 to tear into the motor to determine what is the issue. If you ask me, am I going to return to Desi Auto Care? If any future service needed. My answer is a firm yes!

This is a auto care done rite hard to find a place so affordable and easy I’m definitely a costumer for life vary impressed

My 2014 Mini Clubman was running’ intermittently on 3 cylinders instead of 4. My old mechanic switched out the valve cover and the ignition coils ($640 later) and car still was running properly. I took it in three times and let him drive it and of course it driving fine when he was driving the car. But when I drive, it’s a mess no good. Now I was in search of MINI mechanic. I decided to give Desi Auto Care a try it’s right down the street from my apartment). They figure out what was wrong — it was the spark plug wires. It’s running superfine now (knock knock…on the wood). While picking up my car we talked about MINI’s in general for a while. He was straightforward and Knowledgeable.

I took my car here because of misfiring and running lean codes, the dreaded P0015 & P0012 codes, and Vanos (2a82 & 2a87) codes. After 3 hours of my car being in the the shop, I was called and quoted for all new spark plugs, coil packs, and Vanos solenoids. I accepted their expert advice on replacing the needed parts, it fixed my issue. No more error codes. Drives perfect!
