From calling for quotes on a 100k service for my 2014 MINI, up until service completion, I felt taken care of and i was in great hands. I know they'll fix ANYTHING/EVERYTHING on my Jaguar and they helped me out of a bind... Multiple times.

I'm 64yrs old lady, travelling by myself, 150+ miles away from home and my Jaguar was shaking bad; seems my safety was compromised.Desi Auto Care diagnose my car (without appointment), he made sure front end was fully secure and rotated all tires, checked bearing & brakes. Best is, Sam followed up with text message to confirm I had made to back home safely. I was vulnerable and I received very good help from stranger mechanics.

When my Volkswagen catalytic converter stolen from my apartment parking lot. Desi Auto Care fixed it and put a catalytic converter shield to deter thieves. Sam gives me 2 years warranty parts & labor! I would recommend this shop and the mechanics who work here.

This place and the people are very nice and extremely helpful.I had the best experience here. I got a same day appointment, they diagnosed the problem, did a great job fixing it and got the car back the same day in couple hours. I really recommend this place. Five stars for this garage.
