Desi Auto Care really took care of my Range Rover. European auto expertise is not an easy thing to find, the dealership is usually the only option. From the moment I dropped my car off to when I picked it up I was well taken care of and knew the issues that several others had failed to fix would finally be taken care of. They were, now my Rover is good as new and running great. Desi is now my shop, my baby won't ever see another garage again.

Brain customer service skills are excellent. He kept me updated on my 2018 bmw m550i xdrive and he explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle in detail. Also I expressed to Brian that I would like to get my vehicle back by Friday but he got it back to me by Thursday and he saved me almost 7 hundred dollars on the labor. I would like to recommend Desi auto care to anyone that has a vehicle that want good repairs done correctly and professionally in a timely manner Also I have to mention that Chris was the technician that worked on my vehicle.

So I finally called Desi Auto guys. Brian asked me to bring my car the next day. Next day the technician plugged in his BMW-computer and was able to diagnose that I needed a thermostat, 02 sensor and alternator belt needed to be replaced. I approve the repair right away. Job done same day. No complaints!

When my BMW catalytic converter was stolen, I was recommended to Desi Auto Care. They've very understandable, answered all my questions confidentialy, and my 750i runs great. I'll sure come back.

My bad habit of accelerating the clutch before it was fully engaged led to prematurely wore out of the clutch of my Aston Martin V8 Vantage 2014. While this whole repair process, Chris, the technician, explain me everything in very detail so I weren't found my self unware of basic consequences. I approved clutch replacement job right away. I'm very happy with what he has done in terms of repair. Also he provided a fair pricing and 2yr warranty as well. And also advised me to not to engage clutch before accelerating the gas. This good habit will increase clutch life substantially. Awesome professional service he offered. Great humanity for craving customers by providing complimentary sodas, cookies and snacks.

It took about 3 hrs before I received a call from Josh. He spent enough time on the phone with me explaining what he found: Your '14 Maserati GranTurismo are low to the ground and I assume you drive super-fast..(He was right!!) which end up some small stone pebbles inside the wheel arches. He completed the job next day. I feel good about returning next month to start tackling my to-do list. I definitely recommend!
