Be careful when driving on NJ TPK, I was driving back home and nice round debris decides to make love to right headlight of my 15 Jaguar XK, a headlight cover cracked and debris was long gone away and left a big hole in my headlight. I called Jaguar dealer and they said you can't get it fixed, you have to purchase whole headlight housing which cost $1450. 1 will not spend. No way! I called desi Auto Care. The quote to replace the headlight sounded good. I set up my appo between 2pm Fri as I have job. I get to finish job early by 12pm and called them if I can move my appointment time to 11am instead of 2pm, Andrew checked with his mechanic and got me in at 11:30 am. Work was completed in 90 minutes. Wonderful experience!

I stumble upon this shop online. They have a no non-sense business approach. They repaired my rattling glove box, which was a design flaw of my Volkswagen. Also my radiator hose busted and my Volkswagen needed a new radiator, and the parts attached to it. I got my car back and everything is fine. It's nice to have a reliable VW repair shop you can trust.

Responsive, thorough, attention to detail, excellent customer service. If you have a foreign car, do not take to the dealership, take it to Desi!

In 2019 I needed to find mechanic who could repair my 2015 Jaguar XKR. My Google search revealed that Desi Auto Care was open on Saturdays. I lucked out! Not only they're open on Saturdays, but Sam and team provide professional job. Throughout these many yrs I have to come to depend on these mechanics. They have helped to fast resolve and provided emergency repair (RED check engine light was on) as well as routine maintenance. I recommended them to other guys who own a Jaguar, and they too were very satisfied with the work they recieve.

I wanted my LR completely perfect before I start long travel plan. Once I got there on Mon it was a friendly exchange and they did an inspection of my '18 Range Rover to find that, i needed items to be taken care of an engine flush, fuel injection, mirror issue, check brakes, oil change changed air & engine filters, water pump was leaking. I went with an estimate given to me from the Desi Auto Care. It was economically priced. I did not feel pressured to do any job to my Rover. They were recommendations, which I felt technician was sincere. My LR drives super and I really feel that it was quality job.

My MINI Cooper Roadster was jittery when in idle, also engine leak was dripping oil into the hot exhaust causing it to be burned with oil smell, it's irritating me. The lead technician found the real problem and fixed on time. My conclusion, this shop is trustworthy, they do have the skills required to fix MINI and they honor their 2yrs warranty, I will do business again!

I was in much need to get my battery, alternator, and radiator hose for Volkswagen Jetta ASAP and Desi mechanic team delivered! I stopped to get a quote in the morning assuming that they would not be able to get my Jetta (emergency) fixed and give back to me very same day. Sam managed to squeeze me into his busy appointment schedule and returned my car before 6pm, and updated via text along they way which I appreciated. The mechanic (Chris) was very thorough in explaining what he will be replacing, why, and what is the purpose of every auto part which reassured me and made everything easy to understand. I appreciate they were willing to work with me on reasonable price for the job being complete. I had a problem with my Audi Q5 rear suspension and the back was sagging. I took it to shop in Cherry Hill and they told me it was the compression. I had a feeling they were not truthful, so I asked if I purchase the compression myself would they install it for me, they said no… I took it to Desi Auto Care and they done a diagnose on my vehicle and figured out it was the air suspension. They order the parts and charged me fair labor cost. It has been a few weeks and no problem. 100% trustworthy!!

I was asking in my area at different shops how much to swap out my throttle actuators and Desi Auto Care gave me the lowest quote! Dylan schedules for me to come in and the quote stayed exactly same. Chris scanned my ECU to make sure my actuators was the real issue and he called me to give confirmation. I would recommend this shop to anybody who wants an honest BMW mechanic and who do not charge an arm & leg! When I receive my E60/M5 back and issue was gone.
