Not only they did an excellent repair but found a leak on my coolant hose and fixed it, and they didn't charge a penny! Honestly this is the best policy

I visited my friends in Berlin and on the way back car starting to lose power when accelerating, I found on google the SAAB specialize shop to diagnose what's issue is. Chris found an issue that a previous shop they fixed, and was polite enough to talk to the other shop-mechanic over the phone. In 3 hours, he put my car on road. It was great experience.

On Friday my Mercedes window regulator broke with my window stuck inside the door panel. I was not sure if the glass was damage or not.
