I just moved to the philadelphia area and was looking for a good mechanic shop that was familiar with german made cars. desi auto care was amazing from the very beginning. could make an appointment online easily and they got me in in two days. the receptionist kaitlyn was SO professional and helpful. really impressed with everything.

Upfront and honest!!

The brake warning lights showing up on my dashboard, Sean said the bad brake pump could be the reason. I called the Mercedes dealership because Sean thought it may still be under warranty. Well, after paying the dealer $247 just to diagnose the issue, they wanted an additional $2640 to fix it! Brought my car back to Sean who repaired it in 3.5 hr for just over $800. How nice is that?

Desi’s prices... they are lower then others shops but Desi provides a superior quality of service work. I would recommend them to any or and yes, I’ll b back. Mechanic spotted a cracked motor mount while changing out fuel pump.,,. Gave me fair quote by email and I will be back to fix after end of the Lockdown of NJ state.

Desi auto vare gets an A+! Brought my BMW 750i in because of a rough idle and a couple other repairs. Within 15 minutes of arriving Drew had taken my car for a test drive and diagnosed the problem, turns out I needed small tune up. His years of BMW experience and I was there driving smooth in no time. I wasn’t there for anything major and Leslie still put a smile oh my face. There’s nothing like having a affordable, experienced service shop you can really trust.

I’m new BMW customer. I was going in for an alternator check ( which Chris said is ok after running an assessment) and to have work done on my main window control panel on the driver side. The control panel had to be purchased from dealership, but Chris done above-beyond and research for a used warranted part. Overall impression is this is an honest shop wiry good job valves + customer service. Quotes have been competitive and fair.
