Friendly folks. I brought my Audi in with a mysterious noise that I couldn’t pin down. Sam took a ride in the car with me to hear the noise, then mechanic diagnose the car to pin down the issue. He explained it was a wheel bearing and gave me quote to fix. I got my Q5 back before closing and the noise is gone. Appreciate your help!

I had a many repairs to be done to my Mercedes Benz. My main concern, the mass air flow sensor and valve covers were bad and need to replace the belt and one broken mirrors replacement and installed windshield wiper sprayers. I highly recommend. I saw enough quantity transmission fluid under car in garage. I live around Desi Auto Care, I walked over there and explained that I’m afraid of driving the car anymore and I don’t want to damage my transmission. Chris asked some questions about what’s going on. He gave me qt-fluid from shop and made sure the level is correct and drove the car to shop. He checked the leak later on. Called me, transmission is good but coolant lines are corroded and need replacement. Material and labor seems not too expensive. Thanks.

I brought my MB in for an oil change. Initially I was told I needed an appointment but due to cancellations my car was able to be serviced. The owner was very personable and friendly. The price of an oil change was reasonable and well under the dealership. I’ll definitely recommend Desi Auto Care to all my foreign car owner friends.

My '17 Maserati while driving high speed steering shudder is my main problem, also when turning toward left side feels weird. Chris said its common issue with Levante model. I schedule an appointment. When his inspection reveals some work needs to be done - I was informed quickly and with enough detail for me to make the decision as how to proceed. They take the time to explain details and that makes me better operator. Waiting room is clean and lots of free refreshments! I WILL BE BACK!!

Desi Auto Care is a top notch Porsche repair facility. Chris diagnosed the issue with oil leak quickly and made a recommendation for repair. I left the car and he put the car in doors while it was there. This was a relief for me and much appreciated. He also replaced the hood struts in minutes as I had the parts. Thanks Chris for the excellent experience, repair and the fair pricing. This is my place for all my car repairs.

Gave Desi Auto Care a try. I wasn’t disappointed. Brought my old Audi Q5 for a transmission assessment because it was creating a grinding sound when I speed up. Chris knew there was a issue and get it fixed. Took a little longer than expected since he wasn’t satisfied with job unless it was fully satisfactory; but it was fixed and it drives perfect. 24 month warranty included - peace of mind! I’ve been driving it for 3 weeks now, with two long trips to Virginia and back. No problem whatsoever. I must recommend Desi!
