My friend help me doing the BMW oil change at home-when my check engine sign went on, Emily was able to get me in Wednesday for service. Mechanic was very polite, when I asked for details; he explained what went wrong with our own again with updated information for a filter kit. Cost was very reasonable and he explained service, cleaned up from our mistake without complaint, and didn't judge the fact that the car had been serviced by another shop in the past.

Chris was able to find the issue.. a loose muffler heat shield and slight rubbing of the rear brake line with another line. Fixed without any charge. I've come to realize that he is not just a BMW mechanic, but also a real BMW enthusiast.. now that's pretty hardcore. If you need to service your car.. consider Chris I'm bringing my daughter's X6

2014 Jaguar XJ8 timing chain tensioners replaced and the spark plugs with a minimal addition of labor costs and Chris didn't try to ding me for all the hours associated with the indivudual items as if I had them performed seperately, Desi Auto Care will only fix what is in need of repair and makes suggestions of other thing that may need attention in the future. They've never tried to sell me anything that I didn't need and I really like that.

Desi Auto Care determined that the issue was the speed sensor. they were able to fix the issue and get my car back on the road by 3pm.

I drive a 2015 Jaguar XK ....love a car and lot of fun to drive. I bought it used with 114K miles so some repairs were expected. While on visiting one of my clients near this shop, my car wouldn’t start after the meeting. Some trouble shooting and it was easy to see the car was not getting fuel...and indeed the fuel pump had gone out. I was quite a pickle at this point ....what do i do? AAA towing gave me a tow to Desi Auto care arriving at 11am ...by 12:30pm they had ordered a new fuel pump and ...by 5:15pm they were handing me the key to drive home.I recommend.

Difficult job needed good troubleshooting skills for completion and the repair was successful after other mechanics had failed to even diagnose the issue.

Andrew took the time to explain everything to me about my Jaguar S- Type emission leak. He texted me photos and updates as he was fixing. He made a suggestion for the future but didn’t pressure me to get it done until it becomes an actual problematic issue. I went there for a leak problem, which he fixed for good price, plus he even fixed an annoying squeaking noise of breaks I had without any Change. I am 100% going back!
