I am a "hobbyist" mechanic and kow my things all right, but when it comes to this, I do not even try to bother especially with Volkswagen's electrical problems. For that I go to Desi. They always seem to have some interesting labor-of-love project car parked at the front of the garage. You always get two years warranty on repairs.

They stood behind the Audi repair job, they made warranty company cover all my repairs by showing all the issues.

Desi auto has built business on the foundation of integrity and Clients satisfaction. Without knowing me or having done prior business with me. I ask him to give me his opinion on the minimum to be done for my Mercedes M-Class and he gave me what would make it safe and run well. He did everything to help me out and the result was a smooth running Benz with no superfluous charges.

Took my Volkswagen here for the first time and had a great experience. The service manager shawn, was very professional and did a great job having his team research, diagnose and fix my Volkswagen’s issues. Even after coming up with initial diagnosis, they did further testing and found the real source of the issues without performing a needless repair. I was really pleased with the update they provided regarding progress and how they set my expectations. Great job!

I decided to go with them to replace two sensors on 2009 Mercedes Benz. They got the parts in 3 hrs and install same day. Also they put a decent effort to install my alternator and all four brakes. I like to support local shops as much as possible. I feel that the repair was done professionally and am pleased with results. Thanks!

This guys work hard to get it right. Good communication about the job. Took my 1996 BMW in and Andrew used to work on this model. Not even at the dealership do the mechanics know how to work on the old school models. He has a passion for German cars and went above and beyond! I highly recommend this shop.

When my car need fix oil leak issue and breaks noise (along with transmission shifting problem) I had been burned by my previous mechanic with my car. Katelyn included (no charge ) a multi-point inspection and light bulbs replacement as well. Not only did she give me the best quote, after the service and inspection had been completed. Andrew went through the job that my car still needed and gave me incredibly reasonable quotes on the spot. I don’t consider myself to b car - savvy by any means, and what is usually a stressful ordeal turned out to be a wonderful experience. This shop is definitely one of the best around, an they’ve just gained another loyal customer.

Andrew is brilliant. He knows lot about jugs. Every time I go in it’s a lesson about my jag. He will always make sure you know exactly what is going on in the car and what the risks and rewards are. I’ve become a customer and I’m proud to say it . He treats me with respect and even give me a check up on the house, as long as Desi Auto Care is here I’m there.

My 2012 Jaguar was in desperate need of major repairs. Car is running better than before. I'm thrilled by the workmanship. Highly recommended!!

The brake warning lights showing up on my dashboard, Sean said the bad brake pump could be the reason. I called the Mercedes dealership because Sean thought it may still be under warranty. Well, after paying the dealer $247 just to diagnose the issue, they wanted an additional $2640 to fix it! Brought my car back to Sean who repaired it in 3.5 hr for just over $800. How nice is that?
