With my MINI Cooper I have been here few times within 7 years and haven’t been disappointed since. Ab added bonus is that Sam doesn’t nickel and dime you on things most dealers would.

I had a signal in my Audi come up for CHECK ENGINE. I sent a photo to Desi-website/text, and they told me to come in Wednesday and that they’d check it out. I showed up 4hrs late for my appointment but he still takes me in. Then I mentioned the problem I was having and he was able to fix it Thursday along with my oil change and jammed seat issue. He’s a straight shooter. My Q3 is back to normal and my wallet didn’t take a hit too bad.

I read a lot of positive reviews. Without due diligence, I drove my 911 convertible to this shop, 40 miles away. To be fair, they did inform me that they did not work on convertibles, but they would take a look at it for me. The setup seemed to be slow paced with mechanics taking their own time. They took 20+ minutes to get to my vehicle and probably wrapped up what they called 'diag' in less than 15. They charged me $150 for 'diag', looked at the hydraulic fluid level and said the level was just fine and that there was nothing much they could do about it. They do not work on convertibles :-), remember? $150 for 15 minutes, apparently $150/hour of technician's time is what they charged me for. I asked them for a written diag or some form of print out for which they said, nope, nothing to report here. Did they pull a fast one on me? Not sure, but I would be very careful here. Definitely a shop to avoid if you have a convertible and not worth visiting in my opinion.

This Desi Auto Shop provided quality customer service and prompt replacement of crankshaft sensor, getting our Porsche Cayenne back on the road faster than expected. Be careful when driving on NJ TPK, I was driving back home and nice round debris decides to make love to right headlight of my 15 Jaguar XK, a headlight cover cracked and debris was long gone away and left a big hole in my headlight. I called Jaguar dealer and they said you can't get it fixed, you have to purchase whole headlight housing which cost $1450. 1 will not spend. No way! I called desi Auto Care. The quote to replace the headlight sounded good. I set up my appo between 2pm Fri as I have job. I get to finish job early by 12pm and called them if I can move my appointment time to 11am instead of 2pm, Andrew checked with his mechanic and got me in at 11:30 am. Work was completed in 90 minutes. Wonderful experience!

I stumble upon this shop online. They have a no non-sense business approach. They repaired my rattling glove box, which was a design flaw of my Volkswagen. Also my radiator hose busted and my Volkswagen needed a new radiator, and the parts attached to it. I got my car back and everything is fine. It's nice to have a reliable VW repair shop you can trust.

Responsive, thorough, attention to detail, excellent customer service. If you have a foreign car, do not take to the dealership, take it to Desi!
