Sam got me out of a jam by giving a competitive quote, when I got a dead water pump. I purchased certified pre-own with free service. Every time I went to the dealership it seemed they screwed up something else. I never have any problems after job done by Desi Auto Care.

Desi Auto care is great!! Our family started taking our German vehicles to them about 5 yrs ago, after finding this shop on Google. We have a 15+ yr old Jaguar that they kept running in tip top shape. Chris very creatively solved my electrical issue in my MINI Clubman with 123000+ miles on it, and kept it running, as well. For the level of professional service, I believe they're less expensive than other shops we have visited.

For a drive belt replacement DesiAutoCare came through with fair pricing. While the car was in the shop, I had them check dark oil leaking. Turned out to be a valve cover assembly was started leaking. During the process mechanic added a leak detection dye so that later he can check for any kind possible leakage (especially the engine had so much of oil over it making additional leak tracing difficult during repair). All the details were discussed up front, no surprises, and very professional to deal with.

A buddy recommended this place for my Lexus’ overheating issue. The mechanic quickly found the issue and saved me a lot of time and $$$! Desi is a must!

My Acura RDX was giving me problems so I stopped by Desi after I heard good things about them. They got me back on the road in a couple of days without burning a hole in my pocket!

I live in Delaware, i was traveling in Jersey and my BMW started overheating. Sam told me that repairs going to take more than a day and this it would be better to find a shop near my home to do this repair job. My W was drivable, but due to the overheating I needed to pull over every so many miles to let the car cool and add coolant. Since I was from out of state he help me 2 gallons of coolant. He also suggested considering the car age (1999) that I just sell it, eventually that’s what I did. Thanks!
